If I could give them 0 stars i would! Lake Arbor Vision center is the worse! Save yourself some time and frustration and go else where! To make a long review short… I use to go to them for my routine eye exams. I haven’t been there in a couple of years b/​c of an incident that happened. I can’t remember what it was but do remember saying I would never go back… which leads me to today and this review. I changed my insurance and they so happened to be on the list of vision dr’s. I decided to give them a call and set up an appointment since its been about 3yrs since I’ve been there. The receptionist told me they were bz today but cld get me in tomorrow. Fine. So I ask him can he give me a call if anything becomes available today. He says «ok, have a good day» …I’m like «wait, don’t u need my name and #?» …he says «it’s in the system» …I’m like «we’ll my # is not the same soooo…» Then he proceeds to ask for my name and tell me that they don’t have anything for me in their system and «can i have ur contact information.» Which sounded about right to me b/​c I haven’t been there in eons!!! So I was over them again due to there arrogance and lack of professionalism. So I made a same day appt w/​another optometrist who’s receptionist asked for all of my contact information w/​o me telling her to do so!
