I describe this office as an ortho farm. You sit in a huge room with a lot of other patients while being worked on. Yay, hot breath and flicked plaque for everyone! I recently got a retainer but the office made a mistake in how they categorized that retainer (replacement) which resulted in me paying less. However, Dr. Labbe was not happy and proceeded to explain to me and the dental technician what went wrong for 10 minutes. He ended the conversation with «Oh, but it’s not your fault». Um, shouldn’t you be addressing this with your office manager? Very unprofessional. It was clear he was not happy and subsequently became unfriendly and walked away. I would not recommend this office if you’re big on customer service and bedside manner.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Labbe! He’s witty and serious about getting you a better smile for you. There’s nothing bad to say about the Stewart and Labbe Orthodontics practice other than I won’t get to see them as often because I am almost done with my Invisalign treatment! This is a great place. I’ve been to the Bowie and Greenbelt locations and they have the same quality service and professional/​friendly staff. I love Dr. Labbe and Amy Grove, his Clinical Assistant, is amazing! So nice!
