Received an email from Deidra at HOC apologizing profusely for the mistake, even offering to do the cleaning for free. She asked what days I was available and I responded. She said she would check availability and get back to me. Never heard from her again. Absolutely terrible customer service and now I’m stuck with a $ 69 credit on LivingSocial (which was actually not totally terrible) instead of an actual credit.

HOC came and did a cleaning for me yesterday 4÷30÷2014. I found them off groupon. They had no hidden fees or extra charges. They were quick and did a GREAT job. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars, was because they should have a better system to schedule appointments etc. I would use them again and recommend to anyone!

I bought a coupon through Living Social… They arrived very late (several hours later than booked). Cleaners did an adequate job. I would not classify them as stellar or poor simply average. Booking was easy and efficient.

Awful service. I should have known better when there were no other reviews listed. Not only was my shower wall scratched up from them cleaning, but they also broke my showerhead and the water hose connected to the refrigerator. I was so excited to get home from work to a clean house but instead I got a house full of work for the whole weekend.
Additionally when I complained to the company they never called back or followed up, luckily I did not pay them before checking the house out.
