Decided to try this salon for a style that I knew would last at least one week for upcoming events and I ended up wasting three hours of my day and paying more than I should have for a twist out that does not look like it was professionally done. I’ve never had a twist out take this long and for it to end up looking the way it does is a huge disappointment. I’m going to end up having to wash and re-​twist my hair not even 24 hours after having it done because way too much heavy, oily product was used and because no type of mousse, custard, or twisting cream was used. My curls have no hold or form to them and my ends are knotted because of the way my hair was twisted around the perm rods.
I should have cancelled the appointment when I received a text about five minutes before the start of my appointment saying the stylist would be late.
I definitely didn’t get what I paid for in this experience and will not return to this salon.

I’ve been going to Tiffany for the past couple of weeks now and I haven’t been disappointed. I get my hair done every week because I work out five days week. I love that I can schedule online and she calls me if she needs to push back or is running behind. I appreciate the good customer service and I love every style she’s done. Very satisfied customer.

Very satisfied with my service. Sheryce did a lovely flat twist updo. She was gentle with my scalp and gave me tips on the best natural hairstyles to suit my lifestyle. She also advised me on which hair care products to use. Will come again.

I recommend this salon to every person who cares about the health of their hair and wants it to look its best. I’ve been natural for nearly 6 years and have had my share of ‘hairdressers’ who did nothing but jack up and damage my hair and/​or not pay attention to what I say and give me a style far, far away from what I wanted. I was visiting the area and made an appt with Sheryce. She asked a lot of questions about my hair history, routine, as well as what I was looking for. Long story short, for once I actually walked out of a salon with my hair in better condition than when I’d walked in AND I look great! ;) Thank you!

I love Tiffany, she is professional attentive and gives you exactly what you want! She only uses natural organic products. My hair comes out beautiful all the time. Many people asking me where I got my hair done.
She is a bit pricey and kind of far from me in Takoma Park. But its worth it! Trust me.
