Let me just start by saying TYLER IS THE BESSSSSSSTTTTT!!! The BEST, you hear me? I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for about 3 years now, and I’ve not found anyone better than Tyler. Any time I’ve gone elsewhere, I’ve never been as satisfied as I am at Fancier II. I recently brought my friend and her mother to get their eyebrows done by Tyler, and they were both beyond impressed! Keep up the excellent work and wonderful customer service!

Tyler is the best at eyebrows. Very nice guy. Amy is great at pedicures. Make an appointment they can get really busy on the weekends

I read the great reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I recently relocated to the area and had a hard time trying to find a nice place for a good manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. After seeing the various tips on Tyler and his amazing eyebrow work, it was time for me to go give it a try. I visited the location on a Sunday for a manicure and eyebrow wax. Upon walking in, I was instantly greeted at the door by Tyler. I told him I read the great reviews and he welcomed me to my first visit. I told him I wanted a manicure and eyebrow wax and he showed me the way to the gel colors. There is a wide variety of polish colors both gel and non-​gel. I was immediately seated and my manicure was great. My tech had great small talk and took great care of my nails. When I was done, Tyler cleaned up my brows. I had not had my eyebrows professionally done in months due to threading thinning them out. Tyler did an awesome job of giving life back to my brows and even explained to me what he did to leave room for new growth to fill in some spaces. I was a very happy customer in the end. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable experience!

Just got my eyebrows done with Tyler. Ladies if you are looking for someone dependable ask for him! By the way, while I was here I saw Fancier got some new updates and a nice little salon area in the back. They said all hair services are 30% off! I think I may need to come back for a trim: D

Great Service. I started going when I moved back from college and the owner remember me from when I got my nails done from PROM! (4 long years). I stay like 20 mins away however when I am in the area I ask for Vicky! She is so sweet and she does a great job perfecting my nails! They won’t let you leave unless you are satisfied. Great prices. Tip well in cash because they deserve it. They appreciate their customers. Go a few times and before you know it, they will know you! Every time I go, I have someone new with me (aunt, friend, cousin, coworker, another friend), they always ask who am I bringing next time LOL!

Walked in just wanting a regular manicure but they talked me into getting a gel manicure and I couldn’t be happier! The lady who did my nails did great and the gel definitely lasted (until my nails grew out of course) I’ll be going back this week for sure! :)

Whenever I stop by my one and only nail shop I always feel like I stoping by a friends house first. Everyone greets customers by name and they know exactly why your are stopping by. Tyler has a great Custer service I can be going to the grocery store and if he’s outside he will be sure to speak and smile. Also the work they do is unbelievable gel manicure always last more than 2 weeks and my eyebrows look perfect every time.

The best nail salon in Bowie! Tyler is a true eyebrow expert and Ann is an amazing nail tech. They both take their time and are meticulous with their work. Customer service at this salon is A+!!! I’d highly recommend Fancier Salon & Spa

This place was horrible. I asked to have my eyebrows threaded. Once she was done, she gave me the mirror. And I saw that one eyebrow was shorter than the other –_​-​. After growing out my eyebrows for two months, she completely ruins them by COMPLETELY threading off the tail of one eyebrow. And then she has the audacity to tell me she’s done when clearly both of my eyebrows don’t match. When I complained, she then tries to pluck off the tail of the other and I had to push her hand away before she destroyed that eyebrow too. Then to top it all off… she decides to try and draw in the tail to my jacked up eyebrow… when an eyebrow lady has to bring out a pencil that’s when you KNOW your eyebrows are F – KED up. I’m so pissed right now… never again. I would give this place no stars but she at least didn’t have me pay.
*Again… I can’t stress enough. DO NOT GO HERE. Didn’t catch the woman’s name but she was short.

After spending months looking for a good salon in the area, I stumbled upon this one. I am a gel manicure aficionado, and am super picky about how they’re done. Both Tyler and Lucy have done phenomenal jobs with my gel French manicure. They do not peel, and usually last no less than 3 weeks. Tyler is very knowledgable about proper nail care and spends the time to build a warm rapport, as well.
As for the pedicures, the back area is clean and well kept — they even line the basin of each chair with a plastic bag, which a lot of salons do not do.
Last but not least, they have very reasonable prices. What more can you ask for — clean and friendly service that won’t break the bank. I am now a loyal customer!

I went with my friends last week to get their eyebrows done, and Tyler did a more than excellent job! he was super friendly and nice to us. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!

We let them know a few days ahead of time that we had a party of five coming, and they were ready for us! My fiancée and I, our mothers, and her maid of honor all got pedicures and manicures for the upcoming wedding, and everyone was professional. The store was very clean, and the best part was that they had plastic bags in the tubs during the pedicure. The gel french tips on our nails lasted a solid week and a half (It would have lasted longer if we weren’t in saltwater for a week and picking at them) and our toenails are still holding out. I will be back for the next special occasion!

They have a great color selection and they work to fit you in at the time you need, but charging $ 40 for a gel full set thats already lifting after a week and a half? No thanks. Most people get gel instead of acrylic because they last longer.

My nails look great! Their attention to detail and customer service skills made my experience a pleasure. There’s nothing extraordinary about their gel manicure, but they are thorough and quick. The only downfall is that they do not have a wide enough selection of OPI gel polishes.

I found my TYLER!!! Hands down he is one of the best nail techs in the area. One thing I love about this salon is the fact they put plastic bags in the foot bowls for pedicures! Also the massage I got on my legs & feet was intoxicating! My fill In was done just perfect! Also if u didn’t know ladies there’s a hair salon in the back!!! Whaaaat!!! Love Love Love it here!!!

The staff here went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. My gel manicure looks amazing and my pedicure was perfect! Amy did a wonderful job. This is my new go to place

I went to this salon on my lunch break for the first time today. I had a manicure and gel polish for only $ 27. To me, that is a steal because most places want to charge $ 10 – 12 for a manicure and then another $ 30 for the gel.
The lady that did my manicure and gel paid attention to detail. She showed me the gel polish before she applied it and asked me if I liked the color once it was on. The manager came by to make sure I was pleased with my service, and he instructed the technician to apply another coat.
They were very friendly, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to up-​sell every step or nickel and dime me. I walked away feeling like they appreciated my patronage which is a rare occasion for me when going to a nail salon.
The salon is clean. The ambiance and design is not fancier than other salons in their price range, but it is not dated either .I was able to get in and out in less than an hour with no wait up front. I will be back very soon.

I had a great experience here. everyone was nice the salon was clean and did not smell like acrylic and acetone. .I will definitely come back…

This review is for Tiffanee Snow’s hair salon services. She operates in the rear of the nail salon space. I scheduled a first appointment with her last week based on the recommendation of a friend.
Tiffanee is extremely pleasant, punctual and excellent with hair care. She colored, trimmed and styled my hair and the styling lasted sufficiently for me to attend a formal event 2 days later. Since my hair is naturally curly and not chemically treated, this result for a straight style is even more impressive. My hair feels soft and manageable, not dried out from excessive heat.
I am very happy with Tiffanee’s services and plan to visit her on a regular basis. The only reason I’m not rating her 5 stars is because this rating will carry over to the nail salon, which I cannot recommend. After hair styling I decided to get a manicure. Within 2 days I had hangnails from badly trimmed cuticles. And nail polish was chipping within 1 day.
