DON’T DOBUSINESSWITHTHEM! I had the same experience as Ryan. I ordered 11b. of worms from them in March and they have not responded to a single email, attempt at an «online chat» or phone call. There’s no way to leave a voice mail. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Cape Cod Worm Farm didn’t respond to them either. I thought it would be nice to have my worms shipped from the closest place I could find. Cape Cod Worm Farm was also on a list of worm suppliers from a CSA that I’ve been connected to. Oh well. I had them shipped from Arizona instead.

I ordered 2lbs of worms for $ 52 on January 30th, they have not arrived and I have contacted them by email, «online chat» where they are never online and by phone but their voice mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. I have filed a dispute through Paypal and I am intent on getting my money back! Overall I would say this place is a sham and I would not do business with them.

I am almost embarrassed to write this. Yes, I went to a worm farm. I could have easily had them delivered, but I decided to go directly to the source. I had high expectations for the the«farm». I expected some nice bucolic tract of land with lush green grass and a huge garden that was fertilized soley by worm casings. My first problem was the directions on the website — they are horrendous. Even mapquest and a gps have difficulty finding it. My second issue really isn’t that big a deal, but I am just more or less depressed at the«farm». The farm really isn’t a farm, rather just a house in Bourne with some worm bins in the backyard. I had hoped to meet Maggie Pipkins too, but she wasn’t around either. The transaction was akward to say the least. The worms were small in size but there were tons of them. I am sure they will grow and increase the overall quality of my soil. I like supporting local business, but I would suggest just having the goods delivered.
