Worst Starbucks experience ever! Racist and rude! I was visiting my parents and I needed my coffee fix. Unfortunately there aren’t that many options and I would rather support a local shop — but I caved and visit the closest Starbucks. It was Saturday, June 18th11:15 am. I ordered 5 drinks: Choc Chip Frap Strawberry Frap Iced Tea Iced Coffee Cold Brew Coffee Guess how long it took me to get my drinks? 30 minutes Guess how many people were working? 7 Guess how many people were in front of me? 1 Guess how many customers were inside Starbucks? 4 Guess how many of the 5 drinks actually need to be made? 2 of the 5 Guess how many drinks just needed to be poured? 3 of the 5 Now remember how long I said it took for my drinks? 30 minutes! The wait was horrendous, but what really made me upset were the employees especially the guy with the arched eyebrows(oh you’ll know)…maybe his name is Ernesto?! The customer in front me was an older Asian man. Didn’t have perfect English but was trying. I made out what he ordered: 3 espresso with over ice. The woman who rang him up asked«Fraps?» He said no, «3 espresso over ice». He waited for his 3 espresso that came in 3 cups and continue to wait… finally the barista asked rudely«what are you waiting for?» He replied«3 cups of ice» and she brought it over to him and said«next time you need ice you need to ask at the register»(well, he did!) She didn’t even offer to poor it for him so he did it himself at the counter. It gets worst. You can see how everyone who was wearing a headset was making fun of him like they were all in high school. I watched the entire thing because I was so bothered at how rude they all were to this customer who clearly was simply trying to get his drinks. The Asian guy walked to the sugar and cream station and came back over and said«no sugar» and the eyebrow worker said«you mean cream». No you idiot! He said«sugar». At this point, no one was willing to help him so I asked my BF to go over and help the Asian guy. He wanted cane sugar which they were out of. So I said«he wants cane sugar»…They literally gave him 20 packs and were like«go away»…the Asian man thanked my BF. He was appreciative and clearly seemed touched someone offered to help. After 30 minutes of waiting, which 25 minutes were spent witnessing racist, immature, cruel behavior — my 2nd to last drink came and I said firmly to the woman(same one who said«ask for ice at the register») «I just want to tell you how upset I am that none of you took the time to help the man in front of me and then proceed to make fun of him while we all watched you when he simply ordered 3 espresso over ice and you behaved as if he didn’t know what he was talking about and instead of helping him, you acted as if he was bothering you» I was too fired up to even remember what she said. Maybe nothing. That’s when my daughter reminded me she never got her iced tea. I added«I don’t understand where the disconnect is here? There’s an order that is placed, paid for and then it never gets made?» They proceed to make a hot tea instead of iced tea which was wrong and I pointed it out to the maybe manager and he said«is there anything else I can do for you» and I said«absolutely not». I then texted my sister who I was meeting at my parents to let her know I was just leaving Starbucks after going off on the 7 person crew and she sent me the devil emoji and told me she was just in the drive thru of that same Starbucks and it took them forever for her 1 drink, they gave her an extra one the house. Obviously this location has some serious issues. Wish I had it on video so everyone could witness the complete embarrassment these workers are to their own families and the Starbucks establishment. I am writing a letter to the corporate office. Send these folks to a foreign land and see how well they do with others when they are not in their«homeland».

Agree with earlier comment; tall bar tables not too easy to work on. He service was extremely slow. When I inquired about my simple iced tea(after 10 minutes of waiting) I was told«it’s coming. I have lots of café and drive thru drinks to take care of». Not my problem and far below Starbucks usual«over the top customer-friendly service». My daughter ordered her special birthday drink and asked for it iced. It was given to her hot. When she pointed it out, instead, again, of the Starbucks standard, they casually dumped it into a cup of ice and handed it to her. She asked for a triple shot – certainly didn’t receive that. The people seemed nice enough, just far below the usual Starbucks standard. Disappointing.

Stopped in recently after work hoping to grab a quick cup of coffee for the drive home, and another drink to bring home. First they were out of Apple juice, and then after ordering with only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru it took 10 minutes to get my drinks(black coffee and carmel macchiato). I thought maybe they were busy inside so I drove by the front window, and it appeared there was only one guest inside with 5 people working. On top of that I did not even receive an apology for the time that I waited in the drive thru line. This is a new location so maybe they are still working on speeding up orders, but next time I want something quick I am going to pass on stopping at this Starbucks. Try the one in Main Street, or save a buck and go to Dunkin’

There’s always very quick service at this location I love the strawberry cream frappé it’s pretty much all I get from them but it’s always prepared to for perfection every time I get it done.

It’s Starbucks. Their coffee is the same everywhere. This particular one has mostly bar tables, up high and uncomfortable. I was there about 1:00 and it was about half full. No line so I was served quickly. But the wi-fi really sucked. I kept getting dropped. Pages wouldn’t load.

Very cozy and studious environment. I saw people in here for interviews, study groups, and individual study sessions. I personally went here to get some work done for business, and although there were so many people there, it still felt like a library setting and I could still concentrate on getting my work done despite the amount of people that were there. I loved coming here for my first time. I also tried the iced caramel flan, in my opinion, not the best, I will stick with the iced caramel machiatto next time.
