This place is fabulous! My husband and I came here for the couples soak and the 90-​minute couples massage. It was wonderful! We arrived early and got to relax for a while in the mediation room. Then the couples soak was so nice and luxurious. Our massages were also fantastic. My therapist, Angela, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and she used just the right pressure for my fibromyalgia. We finished up with more relaxing in the mediation room, steam showers and regular showers in their luxurious dressing rooms. The ambience is very upscale but also somehow cozy and happy. We will definitely be back!

I had the worst experience here last week. I had a 90 min massage that my husband had got me for my birthday. Mind you I just had twins & I have a 4 yr old, so to get away for that period of time is hard in itself. The atmosphere at the spa is great. But the massage I had was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I asked for more pressure without any change then like the fourth time I asked she told me I would have to upgrade to a deep tissue. Which I agreed to if it was going to result in a MASSAGE and not a tickle. The whole thing was bizarre. I asked her to focus on my back at the beginning and she acknowledged that. But for some reason she only massaged one side? It seemed as though she had never done a massage before, she was going in no particular order and again massaged only one foot? I even opened my eyes to see if she was on her phone or something that might explain why I was under the blanket with her one hand just sitting on my leg. I felt like she was just wasting time. There wasn’t anything enjoyable about this experience. I just kept thinking how bizarre the whole thing was?! I’m quite certain I was under the blanket getting my legs tickled more than anything. Seriously it was horrible. My 4 yr old son could’ve done better. I didn’t even receive 90 minutes like I paid for. By the time I got dressed got my water from Lexi and walked to the dressing room I should’ve still had 10 minutes of my massage left. Then when I went to check out the girls at the desk asked how it was and I let them know how disappointed I was, they just said they’ll let the manager know. They did take the deep tissue upgrade off that Lexi had them add to my bill. But other than that I don’t feel like they were concerned as my husband had prepaid & left a tip ahead of time for my bday. Needless to say a manager made an effortless call and left a message and we’ve never heard back or got a follow up. Very disappointed in the service, especially with the price they ask.

My daughter and sister got me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day and I was excited to book their Primo & Pamper package, which includes a 60-​min massage and 60-​min pedicure. I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Daisy, my massage therapist, did an amazing job. Two days later I am still sleeping better and sitting straighter than I have in months, with less pain. My pedicure was also amazing and I felt pampered! My only complaint is that due to my fibromyalgia I have recently gained weight and there was not a larger robe that didn’t leave me feeling uncomfortable and exposed.

Had an amazing experience today! 30 minute mineral soak and a 60min massage. Jaline was amazing and got my hurt shoulder moving like it should. The spa is calming and relaxing and you can’t go wrong with the steam shower to finish with! Would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, calming experience!

I discovered this fantastic spa nestled in Bountiful. I’m traveling from California and used to very posh, very expensive spas. I was pleased by the lobby and the prices blew me away! So affordable without sacrificing luxury! I was taken through the serene and ambient spa to the locker room where I was given the warmest and most comfortable spa robe I’ve ever worn. I arrived early and had time to spend in the mediation room with a hit cup of Honeybush Caramel tea in front of the fire, and enjoy an orange while I waited.
When my therapist, Jaline, came to get get me, she was on time, very friendly, professional and immediately made me feel comfortable experiencing this spa for the first time. She walked me to room and fully explained every part of my Reflexology session. The table was very comfortable, the room was peaceful and I was instantly more relaxed. When Jaline came back in she offered me a heated neck wrap (which felt amazing) and then wrapped my feet in this heating detox clay. While me feet were in heaven, she moved on to give the best hand reflexology treatment I’ve ever received. She put me to sleep more than once! She returned to my feet to remove the clay with hit towels and then put me sleep again with another incredible reflexology treatment on my feet. When the session was done, I felt rejuvenated and better than I did after 80% of the full body massages I’ve ever received! And I never miss my regular massage appointment.
What a discovery to find this spa! I’ll be back to see Jaline every chance I get!

This is one of the most beautiful spa facilities I have seen in the Salt Lake Valley. Feels luxurious, but still reasonably priced! Sego Lily’s menu of services provides a good variety of relaxing treatments. This is my go-​to spa for special occasion spa services. The couples room is breath-​taking! Nothing like a soak in the tub before an incredible massage!
