There is nothing worse than feeling neglected. I came in at a time when it seemed very slow, could not see any other patents. After waiting ½ hour to be taken back for xrays and now going on almost an hour and a half since first getting here and still waiting for the doctor to come give me the results. Extremely frustrated. Also in their web site it said they were open at 8AM, however after coming in found out that wasn’t true and they didn’t open until 9AM. Very dissatisfied. Next time I think I’ll choose a different location.

I unfortunately have visited this InstaCare more times than I would care to, either for myself or my daughter. Overall, I find the staff and Dr’s to be very friendly and knowledgable, and most importantly never feel they are trying to «rush» through the care and solution they offer to move more patients through. I don’t enjoy going to the Dr anymore than the next person, but this InstaCare is a great solution for those late night or weekend needs.

Had to visit two times in two weeks. My first visit was for ankle biter #3 on a Saturday. She was congested and irritable. Hadn’t slept a wink the night before. Thought it might be an ear infection. The reception staff was great, the nurse who took me back was great. Then I waited… waited…waited and guess what? Waited! You know when you get to the point where you are wondering if they completely forgot about you? Maybe closed up shop without remembering you are there? Finally a very grouchy doctor marched in, chastised me for using Instacare for a kid that wasn’t even sick. Barely looked at the kid and sent us home. Guess what? After another terrible morning at home I took kid to regular pediatrician and got a double ear infection diagnosis.
Terrible, terrible terrible. Don’t bother. Make the drive to a different urgent care.
