After working with this company to install a new a/​c, I must say that I am extremely impressed. Bryan is courteous and prompt; he also gave me his cell phone number which, I think, is unheard of. His quote for a new a/​c was much lower than Scott Hale; and once we decided to pull the trigger and get a new a/​c, they were able to install it the next day. Start to finish, they were here about 4 hours. If we need any future heating or cooling repairs/​replacements, I know who to call first!

Bryan has been out several times to change filters on our commercial building… fast, friendly, convenient. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had Craig’s come and look at my A/​C in my office building last year. The A/​C has consistently had problems and never worked well. Every year we try someone new to see if we can get a more permanent fix without spending thousands of dollars to replace it and every year it fails to work. Two guys from Craig’s came out that were extremely professional and even better, on time. They knew what they were doing and were able to find the problem and fix it. I turned the A/​C on for the first time this year two days ago and it worked. This may seem like a small thing but this is the first time in seven years that the A/​C worked when I turned it on in the Spring.
I will happily use Craig’s again and recommend them highly.

Bryan (owner) comes out personally to make sure that the job gets done to his satisfaction, which is in-​line with the customer satisfaction. They are honest, hard working, quick to respond & a family company that really goes the extra mile. They are fair when it comes to pricing as well!!! I had my AC unit destroyed in the windstorm last December 2011 and they were not only the best priced, but did a great job of making sure things were installed correctly… and even followed up a week or so later to make sure that everything was done and operating properly. if you have issues with Heating & Cooling, these are the guys for you!
