The negative reviews on here MUST be mistaken for some other AAA Limo. Julian and his wife, and his other drivers are ALL courteous, polite, prompt, and always professional. I travel for business very regularly and have used his company dozens of times. NEVER had a problem. They are always on time(actually, usually early!!!) for every pick-up I have requested. The cars are clean, the service friendly and on top of all that, the rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend AAA to anyone in the local area.

The driver from this company was double parked at JFK in an old model, white minivan in the passenger pick up area where cars are not authorized to stand unless their passengers are waiting on the curb. While other vehicles were trying to comply with security orders, this man became irate and started yelling at a young woman trying to exit the area as directed by the authorities. He yelled the most despicable, cruel words at a young woman such as «wash the ugly off of your face»(she clearly had a skin disorder) and asked her if she was blind as she tried to get around his car – which he was blocking by being double parked. She recorded his behavior at which point he struck a pose and said, «send that to your mom». No one did anything to him to provoke such behavior. Everyone in the pick up area witnessed his cruel, inhumane behavior. This man is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend anyone hiring such a angry, aggressive and absolutely disrespectful driver.

My family has been using Julian for almost 10 years. He is always on-time, accommodating to special needs(car seats, multi-passengers, etc), drives safely, and offers very reasonable rates. We always call him when we need a ride to and from the local airports. I highly recommend him!

These guys suck, I called for a taxi 10 minutes before I needed the service. The response was rude, he said that he cannot fly and that I should find some other service, I told the guy I was willing to wait at which point he Hung up. The guy seema irritated that anyone should disturb his sleep. This was at 7:30am.
