I was staying at this hotel over Thanksgiving and I ate at the buffet for Thanksgiving and some of the food was good but I think more of it was under par.

We had a perfectly nice lunch here. We used a restaurant coupon, and they were very accommodating. This is a hotel restaurant, with a limited menu, but my husband had a great burger and I had a very good wrap The view was nice of the patio fountain and gazebo. Prices were around $ 9.50 each and the fries were awesome. They were the round, waffle type of fries. We had two Odell beers around $ 4.50 each. The best thing was for dessert we had(which the waiter recommended) Boulder Fried Ice Cream. OMG, it was great. One giant ball of vanilla bean ice cream coated with granola and then fried. Topped with a beautiful large solid chocolate cookie and covered in caramel. $ 10 for it and easily can share. We would go in just for that! So, all in all, nice place. A steak on the dinner menu runs about $ 27, but they have both the burger and wrap on that menu, so priced well for anyone. Service was exceptional. I did not smell any cigarette smoke as mentioned in the previous review.

I pay to eat at restaurants for the following reasons: 1. Atmosphere/View 2. Quality food 3. Service This place had none of these and was totally overpriced. This place sucks ass, don’t got there, there are *SO* many better options(the Boulder Café, for instance) around Boulder and beyond. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, go to Safeway across the parking lot, you’ll be better off. Oh yeah, and if you don’t like cigarette smoke, avoid the bar in the hotel bar — We went to use the bathroom and there were people smoking in there. I just can’t tell you how much I think this place just sucks, I would give it negative stars if that were an option.
