Stoneside Blinds & Shades

I recently purchased a townhouse in Longmont, and I knew from the outset that I wanted top-​down bottom-​up cellular shades. I called Stoneside Blinds and another company, and Carrie with Stoneside was able to come out immediately for a consultation. I am so glad that she did, for she was knowledgeable and had a great sense of design and color, and really knew her product. I was so pleased I ordered blinds for all of my windows. I made a mistake with one room, and Carrie was able to help me correct that mistake, and all of the appointments were just as described in terms of time frame and expectations. The measuring and installation person, Chris, was also outstanding, just as Carrie said that he would be. He helped me with extra things, such as taking away some large cardboard cartons that I had been hoping to remove. All in all, I recommend Stoneside Blinds and Carrie Kaiser and Chris in particular!

We desperately needed solar blinds as our huge west-​facing cathedral window was absorbing so much sunlight that it was hitting over 100 degrees in our house over the summer.
We contacted Stoneside and consultant Carrie Kaiser arranged an appointment. She is immensely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose some beautiful blinds to cut out the sunlight on hot summer days. Carrie’s advice on color and style was excellent and we definitely appreciated her expertise. The window is enormous and as it is an old house, none of the sides are perfectly straight!
Stoneside’s installer Dan (The Blind Man LLC) was fantastic too. He spotted a small glitch in the blind fabric and immediately agreed with Carrie that they would replace the entire blind as it was not perfect. What was really impressive was that we hadn’t demanded the replacement but Carrie and the company were adamant that it had to be flawless. It was agreed that another fabric was better suited to our immensely long windows and Carrie advised us on the perfect color to match our décor. The new blinds were installed promptly and look fantastic. When one of the cords snapped (again an expected hazard if you have absurdly high windows), I contacted Carrie and the installer Dan came out to repair the cord at no expense.
I think Stoneside has wonderful products but what sets them above the competition is that if things do go wrong, their customer service is just fantastic.
We love our solar blinds. They look beautiful and work brilliantly. We whole heartedly recommend Carrie Kaiser and Dan (The Blind Man LLC).
