Cute place and easy access to the mountains. Staff here is super nice. I’ve come here a few times with friends intending to stay but it’s too hot in the store to hang around.

This is a nice Starbucks to head to when you need a place to read or study. The tables are usually clean, and the staff is usually very courteous. Most of the time their drinks are made extremely well, and if it’s not so great it’s still drinkable and worth the price. The only issues I see customers having is the lack of seating available due to the wave of students coming from the nearby high school and university. There’s not much that can be done unless the company itself builds another location nearby.

Pretty simple situation where an employee/manager decided to be difficult for no apparent reason or some weird power trip. I asked for change to get the bus and the check out girl said she couldn’t open the drawer without a purchase. I already had my coffee and didn’t need anything else so I said I would wait for the next customer. While waiting another guy(talk, husky) asked if he could help me. I said I was waiting to make change and he said they can’t do that, even if they’re a drawer open. «Sorry, I don’t make the rules.» I have gotten change and had no problem at plenty of Starbucks before. The guy just wanted to be difficult and unhelpful.

I recently went into starbucks and ordered a medium coffee. The girls drained the contents of one coffee into the cup, then proceeded to drain the contents of another type of coffee because there was not enough. I could tell they were trying to hide that they were doing this and when they saw that I saw instead of telling me it’d be a few minutes to brew more they just handed me the coffee. I used to work in coffee shops and I just thought this was unprofessional.

Got my order wrong twice. Maybe it’s because the three employees who were working when I was there were loudly and annoyingly talking over everyone in the café instead of doing their jobs. But it’s Starbucks so sadly I always come back :/

I came to this Starbucks after a long day of classes to unwind and get a tasty beverage. I ordered my usual soy green tea latte and Alexis was more than happy to help! She promptly made my beverage and I must say it was the best I’ve ever had! Not only did Alexis have great customer service and excellent barista skills but she was also smoking hot. I’ll definitely come back!

I love starbucks so it hurts me to rate it so low. I understand this location caters to college students as it literally is across the street from the university but it should not be dirty, tables not cleaned at 8 in the morning. The parking is chaos. There was a tiny sign that said line this way. There are about 6 people in line yet people walked in and walked directly to the register. What bothered me is the cash register employee didn’t say anything. The people in the line had to direct the caffeine withdrawal person to the line. A few times they just took the person who walked up to the registers. Please have a better system.

This store has had some management improvements and it shows. And it was about time. I don’t get here as frequently as I do some of the other stores in Boulder but now, at least if I see a spot in the lot I will come in. But that’s still the biggest issue here, there is little parking. And the neighboring, low usage strip mall lot is not only unfriendly, they will tow you if they see you walk around the fence to Starbucks. Which is a sad thing in Boulder. At least a couple of other SB locations with little private parking have on street or pay lot options which do help. Not the case here. Best time to go to the little shared lot with Einstein Bagel, is later in the day when Einstein is no longer busy. Peak breakfast and lunch times are tough. But if you are walking from the south end of campus, it is quite convenient and now has a safe crossing light at Baseline Rd.

You walk in to a big Starbucks, three employees, not busy and the shop is dirty. The tables have not been wiped off, they are slow, and the service sucks.

One of those Starbucks, but I like to stop by Starbucks when I go to the town for the first time. The reason is that I can tell what kind of local people are there. It seems that this town doesn’t have many Asians, but I enjoyed it.

Haven’t been writing reviews as much lately, but I really felt like this staff earned it. They are very welcoming, and ultra nice. Sure Starbucks is more a necessity than a preference when it comes to coffee, but these guys are awesome. Very helpful. This isn’t my first visit here, and each time I see them connecting with customers and just being super cool with everyone regardless of who they are. Don’t expect a Starbucks latte to change your life, but for what it is, I think they do the best they can.

A very conveniently located Starbucks on the corner of Baseline and Broadway. A great place to grab a cup of coffee before you drive to anywhere on the CU campus. A very standard Starbucks that shares a building with an Einstein Bagel store. The coffee was good and the service was fast and friendly. They have a very small parking lot with only a few space. The lot looks larger because the property is actually separated by a wall from the adjacent shopping center parking lot.

This Starbucks is the worst. The people are really nice but borderline incompetent. I don’t understand how it takes so long to make an effin latte. 18 minutes is how long you wait for food at a restaurant, not a drink at sbucks.

They must have just hired people because it takes a good 15+ minutes to order and receive one drink. I would not recommend this Starbucks! The one on 30th& Arapahoe is so much better at their job!

I love the people here, that’s pretty much why I come here! It is a standard Starbucks, nothing to impressive. It is just a solid place. The internet works good, the coffee is… Well… It’s standard Starbucks coffee, for being Ina town like Boulder it’s really nothing special about it, but if you were in the middle of Kansas you couldn’t beat it. Overall great customer service, good coffee, great location.

We went for coffee today. The door was on the streetside, so you have to walk all the away around the building past the Einstein’s to get to the Starbucks. I asked the cashier to leave room for cream. He acknowledged me and filled the cup all the way up to the top. The station with the cream and sugar was all the way on the other side of the store. Many of the tables needed to be wiped down. There were crumbs and straw wrappers on the tables. The women’s bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and had papertowels and toilet paper on the floor. There was a downtime where the guys could have wiped down the tables rather than standing around.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Baristas are friendly, even at 6am which is definitely a plus when you’re non-functional due to that wicked all-nighter you just pulled. Inevitably, being close to CU attracts a lot of people, but it’s seldom packed. Love the bar-height seating in the corner — a perfect perch to survey everything. Also, there are plenty of outlets if you bring a computer to study. Even if you can’t find a place inside, the outdoor patio is really nice! It’s kind of small but there are a few tables(including some with umbrellas) and plenty of shade. The only drawback is that it’s nearly impossible to find parking in the teeny lot they share with Einstein. If you can’t find a space just… go to Taco Bell«for a taco.»
