Smoker Friendly

Very nice staff, convenient location, and a good selection of smoking accessories. Would be better if people did not congregate outside, asking for money and or cigarettes. However that is definitely a Boulder problem, not the businesses issue. You can also smoke inside!

They will rake you over the coals. Dishonest employees. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to close the deal and then not honor their word.
Here’s a bit of a backstory. I went in a few weeks ago and wanted to see if they had any suggestions on quitting. I know a friend that quit through ecigs and if that helped me, I was incredibly open to it. He told me that their best option was X and I inquired about reliability, etc. He said, «We have seen some issues but if there’s an issue just come by and we’ll make it right — replacing it or fixing it.» Okay, at least he’s honest. I appreciate honesty. I was badly burned by this company:
USB Wall Charger — $ 14 lolwut
650mAH Battery — $ 25, online these go for less than $ 10 on the manufacturers website
Tank — $ 26 (The only good deal)
So, all is well. Two or so weeks later I go in the store and buy a new tank. They say, no problem, it’ll work. I screw the tank on and it shorts the battery and it no longer works. I call them up, «Hey, I just left your store and after I screwed in the new tank it broke the battery I purchased from you all. Can I come in and have you all take a look and replace it if needed?» Nope, that’s not part of their policy I found out. So, why did you rep tell me if it broke soon thereafter purchasing (because, it can he said) did you all not honor your word? This starter kit was the most outrageous amount spent on a starter kit. Go to Rocketman Boulder, the owner there is super nice and keeps his word every time. Never will I support Smoker Friendly again.

Nice place to buy top quality cigars. Punto was working and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am from out of town and found all my favorites and a few new ones. Friendly as the name suggests and good prices. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve never had a cigar before, so having been to the hookah house quite a few times I thought I would like it. Went here because it in the same plaza as King Soopers and I knew it was there. I walked in and there was some loud metal music, and 1 guy there working. I had a small amount of knowledge, such as, you don’t want to buy a cigar at a c-​store that’s flavored with watermelon… Spent a good 10 minutes in the humidor, choosing based on mostly price and how they felt. When we walked out the shop keep asked if we found what we were looking for. A little embarrassed we said no, we have no idea what to look for. He walked back in after inspecting the one I had picked out, for the same price grabbed a cigar that he said was much better. He knew the origins of it, where the wrapper was from, the fillers and the binders. It was really quite amazing how much he knew, I had said how cigars seem like wine and he agreed and was saying how they will age tobacco for years before rolling and how some cigars will improve with age. The cigar was $ 5.38, smoked nicely and was a great choice. I haven’t been to a smoke shop in probably 20 years since my dad smoked a pipe, but just the positive attitude and knowledge the shop keep had makes this a 5 star for me.
