We did an online order and it came cold and incorrect. Marina was a fantastic help and got it sent back to us correctly and fast. We really appreciated it. We love the food and will continue to order from them. Thanks for maintaining such great customer service!

I just had the worst pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had. There was no contrast of textures or flavors. The gobs of old, warm mayonnaise and school-cafeteria-tasting whole wheat bread was horrid. The pastrami itself was bland and had multiple chunks of grissly, sinewy, unchewable stuff. Blech. Sandwich didn’t hit the spot at all. I mostly felt disgusted after eating it. Man, even if there was some sort of sweet contrast like thousand island or honey mustard, it might not have been that bad. I’m sorry this review is so awful. I’ve mostly been unsatisfied with other Silver Mine locations too. Being in an unfamiliar place with no time to spare after an extended work day with no breaks, I just went for the first place in sight. I wouldn’t have dropped in otherwise.

Loved this place. The workers were super friendly and even offered my little guy a new bag of chips after he dropped them on the floor. The sandwiches were good and for the price, we will be back!

I called in an order and got home to realize it was not mine, so I took it back and they were more than compensating for my time! The staff was very nice about making me a new order. Thank you!

My niece was out here visiting from CA and we stopped in for lunch after a trip to the tea factory. It was great. It was the first time I had ate in the restaurant. My work had catered lunch brought in once, but hadn’t been to the restaurant itself. We both got the Dodge City(Italian) sandwiches and thought they were very good. The meat was tasty and the bread was soft. The staff was fairly friendly and our orders came up pretty quick. It was a nice lunch and I will go again sometime in the future. Happy Travels

There should be a no star option, I called them 9 minutes before close only to hear that their clock says its 3:00. It’s 2015 everybody’s phone knows the actual time lets be real, I did not say this I was actually as polite as one could possibly be, the employee on the other hand was being rude for no reason. I tried to explain and reason with him about how I was walking distance and I have been there in the past and just moved close by and would regularly be calling them. I tried calling at the real 3:00 they where admit about their clock being right, despite what I said … The employee is always right here I guess

Great subs, great prices. I got a small«Comstock», double roast beef and provolone. Great sub with soft yet chewy hoagie roll, my personal favorite. And a water. All for under $ 5.

It is a place to eat when every other shop is closed. Still I would suggest people to go to Cosmos even if it is late. Their delivery is good. The main disappointment is that their subs lack flavor and they become boring after a point. This is one of my past midnight food spot.

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill sandwich place. Definitely not bad, but nothing special either as far as the food itself goes. It does have a couple things going for it though. They are fast(typically give you sandwich within a couple minutes, even for hot ones), people working there are nice, they are open until 3AM and the food isn’t too expensive. Would definitely give them 4 stars if their sandwiches just weren’t so boring.

Probably the worst sub I’ve ever had. And I was a little buzzed so not expecting much. Mine was horrible, my friends was inedible, and we got a 3rd just because we were hungry that we ended up throwing away.

I made a delivery order through their website. An hour and a half later it was not there so I called and I was told there was a problem with the website and that my order was somehow erased, even though my card was charged. They sent out a new order that arrived two and a half hours after my initial order and said if I called back and gave them my phone number I would get a discound equal to the price of my initial order. Great! Problem made up for right? Wrong. Today I went in and told them the situation, gave them my phone number and after 10 minutes of arguing with the manager they decide they won’t give me my discount they said I would get! They have forever lost my regular business for this poor practice.

This is probably one of the worst choices you could make in Boulder. There are so many sub shops that use better ingredients than silver mine so just try to avoid this place. The only reason it’s still in business is because they stay open until 3 am. If your not intoxicated and desperate, there’s no reason to come here.

My experience here was just awkward. My boyfriend and I went in for a late lunch one day and it was not very busy at the time. We ordered our sandwiches and sat down to wait for them. As we were waiting the one employee working started playing emo metal music(not the good kind). The music continued playing.. . Our subs were done, we got them and sat back down. Music volume begins to increase. By this time there were several other customers. So you can imagine, it was just an awkward experience. Now, to the actual food. Its what you would expect. Somewhat soggy, not very much meat, too much avocado. I had a co worker that was previously employed with another sub restaurant where they would spray the bread with water to keep it «fresh» tasting longer, I believe they do that here as well.

The presentation of the lunchbox is really cool– you get any sub size, chips, & a cookie in a cute box. The food wasn’t so wonderful. I ordered the caribou and there was barely any avocado in it and way too much mayo and lettuce. It didn’t taste right and it was disproportionally off. They should also toast there subs. I gave them 2 stars for the friendly service and the cookie was soft. It was a little weaker than subway. It’s also dumb that they require a delivery fee of 2.00 no matter where you live. It’s too pricey for what you get. Might as well go to subway and get something a little better. Also, I ordered from the one on Elizabeth in Fort Collins. Wasn’t listed.

Okay. So I ordered a sandwich from here once before. i got it in like 10 minutes no joke. Mind you, I live about 600 feet from the shop. I’m at work so I can’t walk over and I order for delivery. ITHASBEENANHOUR! MYSANDWICHISNOTHERE. These people suck. The sandwiches are mediocre. But seriously. Order somewhere else. I’m starving.

Good sub! Great help from behind the counter on what to order and not too much Granola going on in this Boulder joint!

If you’re wanting fancy subs, go to Half Fast across campus, but if you’re hungry and just want a good old fashioned cold sub, Silver Mine is the best game in town. Also their late night delivery hours are great. Vegetarians, the«Pikes Peak or Bust» sub is delightful, and as Cyn said, there are lots of coupons floating around.

They’re open until 3AM. And they deliver. Enough said. (But in case you want to know a little bit more… read on…) This is your typical sandwich place and they make pretty typical sandwiches. Quality and tastiness is somewhere in between Subway and Snarfs. A big plus is that you can definitely get a bang for your buck. If you order through , you can get a buy one, get the second sandwich half-off deal every day. That makes it possible to get two small sandwiches for around $ 8…which is exactly what I did on Saturday for lunch and dinner.
