I love all my Sea To Summit gear. Also, one of the dry bags I purchased recently wore through in a couple places. I wanted to check on the warranty so I called the company and someone from STS picked up on the second ring! Talking to a real human is so nice. He had me send in pics and my information and they are going to replace the bag. What awesome customer service. From now on I will buy directly from them instead of going through REI or wherever else. Also they are local colorado with I love! Thanks!
