Doctor seemed fairly competent, but front desk and doctor herself repeatedly refused to verify my prescription with 1−800-contacts. First claimed my prescription was expired, then failed to send it after promising multiple times. After a month of phone calls, they finally did send it one day before it expired thus trying to ensure it was useless. I learned a lot about my legal rights when it comes to contact prescriptions. The federal law REQUIRES that all providers hand you a copy of your prescription when you walk out the door – whether you ask for it or not. And if the doctor does not«verify your prescription» with a contact seller after 8 business hours, the seller can go ahead and fill it without verification. This office seems far too focused on maintaining control of my medical records and ensuring I only buy contacts from them. Take your business elsewhere…

Hands down best optometrist office in Boulder. They went out of their way to authorize my insurance and get me seen the following day. Thank you for the stellar experience!
