This place is definitely closed… and my heart bleeds for the gorgeous barsita and their lavender drinks.

I work right above this fine establishment and grab my daily coffee, bagel there five days a week. I just heard today from the shop manager that Organica is closing its doors for good this Friday. So sad. :(

This was a great, quaint, quintessential Boulder hang out place. Very much as advertised. Friendly staff, everything organic, great latte made just to order, very laid back and casual with a nicely decorated touch that made it an awesome atmosphere for just hanging out. I met a friend here this morning and we hung out for 2 hours without feeling rushed or like we were taking up space. My friend had a hot chocolate and an organic chocolate vanilla muffin that he said was outstanding — tasted good for organic :-) I had a decaf latte with skim milk and sugar free vanilla syrup — that the barrista had no trouble making and didn’t give me any grief over my special order. The whole bill including tip was $ 10. There was free wifi available — but it was a secure network so I had to ask for the WEP key.

Had a pleasurable experience at Organica last week. It is all very much the way the other Unilocalers have described it. My latte, a fairly complex one that can easily go wrong, was created perfectly. The sandwich I tried(tuna) was perfect, all organic, quite creative. The vegan brownie will have to be an acquired taste, but was well-made. Pleasant interior, and a nice bunch of outdoor tables on a brick terrace, too. Eager to try Organica again soon.

What a wonderful little café tucked away a few blocks from downtown. This place is very cozy, and the offer up sandwiches and soups. What’s nice is that it’s close enough to be considered downtown, but you’re not going to be knocking elbows with the large crowds you’ll get at cafes closer to the Pearl Street Mall. If you see me there, say hi.

His name’s Danny. Yup, the guy who always greets you with a smile from the other side of the counter. Mostly, pretty darn close to all organic. Pleasing coffee, great chocolate muffins with mint frosting from local bakery Amazing Grains– the lentil and kale soup is amazing and el tigre fills you up with sweet potato black bean goodness. You’ll see your local professionals and the occasional student hanging out in this cute café with plenty of natural light.

I love Café Organica! Well, I live one block away, so things are great. The ambiance is immaculate – must have something due to the calculated-ly soothing wall color choices. Great space too. Windows, windows, windows + a nice little outdoor veranda area. Also, containing a decent selection of books to browse if you didn’t bring it, including«Post Secrets.” – (you’ve checked this one, right?) Well, I would highly recommend this sweetly tranquil and reflective coffee shop. Never too crowded(especially with students, thank God). The staff is Great, always willing to chat it up and serve it up hot – oh yeah, the boyz who work here are exceptionally good looking. Must be from serving up all these S. American inspired dishes. Especially dynamic are the black bean, egg + cheese, tortilla-thing to satisfy the senses. Chai is dank too!
