Great service for my tune up. Quick. Very reasonably priced and quote was accurate. In and out in less than a day when others were minimum of 2 – 4 days. Definitely going back.

Damn good shop. Brought my bike in with only a couple of days to spare before the weekend and they managed to order all of the small pieces and get my bike running smoothly in time to ride. Mike Dwayne and Rob are knowledgable about the gear but seem to have a balanced recomendations to help get me out of there with nice wheels that perform well and dont cost too much. Friendly down to earth service, make this your local shop.

Awesome shop. Super friendly. I flatted out and stopped in when they were closed and they opened up just to help change the flat. Super friendly and affordable!!!

After building my road bike I found that my headset was rattly because my fork was a tiny bit too long to compensate with spacers. I didn’t want to cut down my carbon fork myself and gave Cycleworx a call. They finished my bike a few hours ahead of schedule and charged me only $ 15. No nonsense, no pretension, great shop.

I had previously taken my bike to 2 other mechanics to address a creak /clicking sound that was getting worse. One wanted to keep it for 3 days, while the other had no idea what the problem was and ended up throwing some parts at it. Cycleworx had the problem diagnosed within 10 seconds of having it on the stand. They had the wheel fixed and the bb re-greased within 30 minutes. It’s nice to work with a mechanic that actually knows what they’re doing.

Sure Boulder is full of great bike mechanics, but you will be hard pressed to find any that are better than the crew over at LTD. Not only are they top-notch, but they are friendly as well. I went in there to have a couple of wheel issues looked at and Dwayne stopped working on the bike on his stand and immediately started working on my wheels. I told him that I was planning on dropping them off and he said that he would do it now and suggested I have a beer and sit at the counter. How much did he charge me you ask? Nothing. He just told me to come back if I had any other issues. Amazing.

As Good As it GETS! Dwayne B. and everyone get a big Kudos for taking care of the little guy! Although it LOOKs like a high end service and repair shop, they cater to everyone. Road, Freeride, Commuter, DH, DJ etc. I recently brought in an old steel Peloton road bike in for Diagnostic(in a state of dodgy shifting). I was out the next day with an alternative to spending HUNDREDS anywhere else. Dont ask how they did it, but it was ingenious. They are crafty and really care. They ride what they sell. and are totally committed to the sport. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I just moved to Boulder and somewhere between points A and B, my hybrid’s front tire/wheel/brake got nudged out of alignment. I tried brute force and bribery to get it back together, but it wouldn’t work. It got to the point where my front brake pad was against my wheel, making a lovely noise as I tried to keep up with my road-cycling friends. It was time. I saw Cycleworx as the closest shop to the car service place I was at for the day, so I pedaled(on flat tires mind you) a few blocks down the Arapahoe bike lane to find them. I had heard of other shops in Boulder but those were far enough away to warrant trying to jump on a bus with a bike. This seemed convenient. And it was! The guy at the shop, another East Coaster like myself, was incredibly helpful, showed me exactly what was wrong and in about five minutes of tweaking and conversation, I had a beautifully fixed bike! Tires full, brake adjusted, spring re-set, loose bits tightened. Fantastic!!! I was so happy to find these guys. And I really appreciate the manner in which my very novice questions were answered, explained and dealt with. I will definitely be bringing my business back here! Thanks CW!!!
