GREAT! They have been servicing my vehicles for over 5 years. On a couple occasions I asked for more servicing than was required. They called me back after inspecting my vehicle and told me I did not need all of that servicing. This honest approach has save me many hundreds of dollars. Since going to them, I have not had a single problem with any of my cars. I was a mechanic in the past and I know good honest vehicle work. I once took my vehicle to the local dealership for servicing and they failed to do half of the work that they claimed they did (I checked once I drove home). I then started going to Import Specialists and have never had a problem since. I have a hard time believing the low scoring reviews!

I have always had great service here. Their front man Rob took time to explain what was going on and answered all my questions. They know what they are doing and got my car back in under 24 hours.
I thought I was going to need to replace a few parts, but they took the old parts and looked at them and noticed some problems with the alignment. Instead of giving me new parts, they just realigned the old ones. Saved me some cash.
I will be going back.

I used to come here a lot, and they seem to do good work. I never had any problems with that. They are expensive though. More than any other indie shop I have since dealt with, and sometimes more than the dealer.
I stopped going when I was quoted a price for an AC compressor replacement, had the work done, and then was charged more than double the quote when I arrived to pick up the car.
