Was in the other day looking to get a picture framed. I had the rudest woman helping me and after 20 minutes of over priced frames and underhanded slaps I left. If I’m going to pay in the triple digits to get a picture framed, I except good service with it. Do yourself a favor and get your pictures framed elsewhere.

I have been going to The Great Frame Up for 30 plus years now and I have never had anything but superb service!
I use them for framing things very dear and near to my heart like wedding invitations, birth announcements and diplomas.
Pam, the store manager, has impeccable taste with an incredible eye for color and shades so when I see the finished product I am always thrilled!
I highly recommend this store!

I have had framing work done is several places around Boulder in recent years. It’s all been OK. But this last piece I had done here and it was excellent. They had more interesting materials and incredibly good customer service.
I have had the original watercolor in my living room for decades and I still liked it, but it looked SO dated. They did it completely over, with better quality than it was originally and people who see it, don’t even recognize it. It looks so fresh and unique. It did cost more than other pieces I have had done, but it is larger than the others and really, it was worth it.
