This is a second to Dave D. review. My experience is the same, doctors are top notch and administration is the worst I have ever experienced.

This rating is not for the Doctors at Boulder Heart who I feel are all Top Notch! this is for the organization itself. The administrative group is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t answer phones, they don’t call back, they don’t report test results — just plain AWFUL and poorly run organization. I even called the Office Manager to report this and he didn’t call me back. Atrocious is the word that comes to mind.
I hope the Docs in this group start to recognize the horribly poor service these people they’ve trusted their business with are providing and begin weeding out the bad apples.
The Docs are too good to deserve this and the patients will notice.
