These guys rock. I wish I would’ve stopped here first for a new bed frame and sofas instead of visiting every major furniture store. Great quality and even greater prices. Thankfully, I was able to cancel an order from another place. I found exactly what I needed. Everyone who works here is polite and helpful and did not pressure me in any way. Delivery was fast and they even set everything up for me.

I always check here first before schlepping to the chain stores and the rest of the Boulder stores which are all overpriced.

We are so happy with our new mattress and frame, which we discovered here after trying out countless others elsewhere. We were delighted to find models here that we hadn’t seen before, and the salespeople were both friendly, non-​pressuring, and helpful. They also gave us a terrific deal! We’ll certainly return!

I had purchased an organic mattress before, but never one as nice and as high-​end as what I chose to buy from Boulder Furniture & Mattress. I was really hoping that for the price I’d get a great value, and I certainly did!
Besides now having the best bed I’ve ever owned – you sleep ¹⁄₃ of your life, so it’s totally worth spending a lot on a great bed! – I absolutely cannot believe how wonderful my customer service was from Boulder Furniture & Mattress. I ordered my bed and frame over the phone, and was pretty surprised when the mattress didn’t quite match up the frame. The owner of the company actually drove to my house, took measurements, and determined the manufacturer had created a Queen mattress that was too small. Long story short, he let me keep sleeping on the wrong size mattress for 6 weeks while the new mattress was being delivered to their store, then had it delivered to me as soon as it came in and did the exchange. He even came over and measured again, and had his amazing help put in panels to remove any gaps (which he didn’t have to do) for free. He kept in great communication during the whole scenario, and I feel he and his team went above and beyond.

I purchased a piece of replacement foam for my couch cushion from here. They were by far the best price in the metro area and the staff was very helpful and followed up with me to make sure they could get what I needed from their manufacturer.
I saw the store when I went to pickup the cushion and they have some really nice futons and beds. It looked like they had a lot of custom fabrics to choose from as well. It always nice to see a locally-​owned independent retailer that has good customer service and I’m happy to recommend this business.
