Block Advisors

Not sure why hrblock is touting local block advisor to ask tax questions. Here’s a quote from their website/​software: «Contact an H&R Block Office near you to speak to a Tax Professional who can answer your question «. So I set an appointment online. The morning of the appointment this advisor James Keil told me that the advisor I tried to meet is not there that day. Pass me on to the part time receptionist who told me to go online to ask questions and dropped my appointment. When I call the office back in the afternoon, it turns out the advisor I tried to meet was there, but James still tries to make me ask question online.
If this office can’t take appointment for tax question, please don’t advertise!
