Here’s an update: I opened a BBB case months ago. They keep telling BBB that they resolved the case with the details, «we are working with the finance company to come to an amicable solution.» Each time they do this they are hoping I will not update the case as not resolved and go away. Here was my response this morning. Let’s see if they actually work to resolve it in the next 10 days(amount of time they have to respond to my reply). (The consumer indicated he/she DIDNOT accept the response from the business.) Their solution is that they are working with the finance company on a solution? The finance company told me months ago all they had to do was edit the paperwork they submitted to properly reflect the 0 interest and they would reverse the interest charges. That was close to a year ago. I do not accept«we are working with the finance company to come to an amicable solution» as a solution. I accept«we have completed the necessary paperwork and submitted to the finance company for resolution.» I also want documentation of the paperwork and confirmation from the finance company. This company has insulted me on Unilocal,asked me to remove reviews, and ensured me they’d resolve the issue for many months now. They were insulted I issued a Unilocal review with details of my troubles, and insulted I opened a BBB case. I’m insulted they think«working on it» after months and months is a solution. All they need to do is pick up the phone and call the finance company and submit the paperwork. Have they attempted to do that? I don’t believe they care for their customers and I will not accept this solution.

Don’t buy here. They take your money promise to deliver and then when they can’t meet their own self imposed date, they don’t do much to help you out. Better to find a different location

Worst appliance business ever! Worst customer service! I am now waiting on my 4th fridge because they delivered 2 that were defective and one they damaged upon delivery. They will not give a refund to purchase a fridge elsewhere! Stay away. Their appliances are sub par. Don’t be lured in by their prices!

Awful customer service. I had a new refrigerator delivered two weeks ago. The delivery people left all the shrink wrap on the fridge and said I should remove it myself. After they left, I realized they had jammed the fridge so close against the wall that there was no way to completely pull off the plastic wrapping. Even worse, the wrap is stuck underneath the bolted-on door handle and hinges. And the tightness of the fridge against the wall means the doors frequently do not close. I went Thursday to ask about this and the sales rep and store manager were not too interested, saying it is «too time-consuming» for the delivery people to remove the wrap. The manager said he would arrange for somebody to come out and change the hinges and handles so the door opens from the opposite side. The hinge is so tight against the wall there is no way to get in and do this myself. Two more days have passed without any communication from this store or staff. I also realized after I pulled the plastic wrap off the top of the fridge that the stainless steel had been nicked in a couple of places below the plastic. Go to Best Buy or Sears… these guys don’t make it worth saving a hundred bucks on the appliances. Sears and Best Buy both make sure you are 100% satisfied.
