Great service, I went in to get some vacuum bags and some tack’s for my pictures last week and was greeted immediately when I walked in the store. I think her name was Madison, nice girl, she asked what I was looking for and then walked me right to the right section where my items were. Very helpful. After that she rang me up and offered me a reward card, which I signed up for, very quick and easy. I will be returning for other home needs in the future for sure.

I am a new resident to Boulder Creek and am now living in the home of my dreams. Too bad all the yard improvements were not all ready lol. Off to Ace to start my new and now going to long relationship, I had been in there for this or that over the last six months nothing to exciting, stuff I knew and needed no help. Now it is spring and I want wait no need a garden with all this incredible sun I have (yes I know sun you say and in Boulder Creek, yes it is true) the garden must happen. Problems, 1. Gofers are on nuclear waste supplements and are hungry, huge and numerous as in every 4 feet gofer hole. 2. Need raised bed and want to buy the right stuff the first time to solve problem number 1. 3. Kind of know what I need but not really. I have been to the Ace over the last two weeks much time to get the CORRECT kind of wood, wire, hardware, tools I needed but did not own yet and I am kind of fussy about quality. I would rather pay more to get the best and the correct stuff. They all were great, from getting the correct wood and finding pieces I liked, ordering extra wire, helping me with finding the right hardware and many other misc. things. Very positive experience. You could go someplace else and maybe pay less but you’re not going to get the high level of service from that place and it is close to home.

Scarborough Lumber has always been Outstanding. The owners and staff are the same. Love the old classic refurbished neon sign. Makes entering Boulder Creek, (my home town since 68) a little better.

They also have treats behind the counter for Matilda, but you already knew that.
