Employees nice enough. Took three times to still get my iced tea wrong. Young man apologized. Sidewalks outside need hosed down. Really disgusting.

I go here close to everyday. The service is fast. They have never messed up one of my drinks. They’re always delicious and the people there are super friendly.

It’s kind of a dark/shady area. We are from AZ but stopped on our way to Vegas for a caffeine boost. It’s only 6 and they were already mopping the floor(they close at 9). I felt like I should get out quick, as they were going through the closing routine. As I was waiting for my drink they guy mopping was rinsing the mop right next to me — kind of icky. Overall the drink tasted good, so can’t complain about that. Just an odd atmosphere.

No parking!!! On a Monday night, what the heck! Once in, though, place is packed but service was good. Got several drinks and all were norm. It’s Starbucks… what’s not to love besides the newly increased prices?!!

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been to. The guy at the register was nice and seemed to know what he was doing but everyone else moved like molasses. The guy making drinks announced the drinks like he was announcing Shakespeare for a bad Renaissance festival and literally no one in the store could understand anything he was saying. Also the drinks took forever to be made. I’ve never been at a Starbucks that was so slow especially since it was not busy. For reference the guy behind me got a drip coffee with vanilla syrup and it took 20 minutes. My drinks weren’t even done yet and one was just a pour over. Oh and there was a big couple getting to at least second base on top of the condiment bar and they wouldn’t even move over so I could get some cinnamon. Very strange.

One of the better Starbucks. First time there as I live in Las Vegas. But they are happy people, they got my drink out quick and it was just a great way to start my morning.

Suuuuuper slow service. The restrooms are kept clean, pastries are well stocked, and drinks are okay.

The Clean and Bright has gone down from years past. They are capable at their jobs, but it seems that the enthusiasm of the team members has gone down a notch over time. This comes from the management. If the managers do not believe, the staff will not buy into it.

This is my go to Starbucks on the way home from Las Vegas. They always have my favorite, the old fashioned chocolate donuts! The store in clean, has enough chairs and friendly staff.

Meh. This Starbucks has a pretty great location for those of us who drive between AZ and Vegas. Otherwise, it’s just so-so. Restrooms are a little on the dingy side. Coffee is, of course, Starbucks standard. Design could probably use a refresh.

Best Starbucks in «Vegas». When all the other Starbucks have let me down with their inconsistent approach to «light ice» this Starbucks totally made up for it! When I asked for my Venti Cool Lime Refresher with no ice I believe it was«Will» who asked me if I would like it shaken with ice first so it would still be cold. Um YES!!! It was the best Cool Lime Refresher I’ve ever had– no ice, perfectly not watered down and chilled. I was so happy. Wish the rest of Starbucks could take a hint from this place. Great customer service.

Before and after my hiking adventures in Boulder City or south of the Arizona-Nevada border, I enjoy a caffeine beverage. Before or after these hiking adventures, I have spent time in the Boulder City Starbuck’s unwinding with a caffeinated beverage. The Boulder City Starbucks sits on prime real estate. It is at the crossroads of US93, the highway connecting Las Vegas to Arizona and Nevada Way, the Main Street of Boulder City. It shares this prime real estate with an Albertson’s, Burger King, and strip mall. Regardless of the traffic volume on US93 it is a breeze to pull in and out of this parking lot. Just like Boulder City, its Starbuck’s features open space. It is a large Starbuck’s that is more similar in size to a McDonald’s than a coffee shop. The open spaces feature different seating arrangements with a variety of outside views. The outside views feature a Nevada Way passing through a corridor of motels on its way to the Historic District, a suburban US93 with big horn sheep statues, and a not too far Red & Black Mountain. If your into catching up on the news, they have Boulder City News and the Review Journal. Large tables provide ample room to spread out a book and Starbuck’s beverage. Smart phone users have sufficient outlets to charge their devices and complimentary WiFi. When the weather is nice, there is patio seating. What I appreciate about the Boulder City Starbuck’s is that it is so convenient to the local hiking trails. I have used it as a trailhead to the River Mountains Loop Trail, Bootleg Canyon, Teddy Bear Cholla Forest, Hemenway Valley Park, and Red & Black Mountain. For Boulder City hikers and bicyclists, this Starbuck’s parking lot serves a similar function that the Charleston at Desert Foothills Albertson’s Plaza parking lot does for Red Rock Canyon hikers and bicyclists. It makes a great spot for groups of hikers and bicyclists to meet up. If I ever host a Unilocal Boulder City hiking UYE, I would make this the meet up spot. The baristas have been friendly. It was at this very Starbuck’s that a barista introduced me to the Expresso Frapucinno. By the way this is a tasty but $ beverage for a caffeine boost. When you are driving southbound on US93 toward Kingman, Arizona, this is the last business to get a good cup of coffee. When I travel between Arizona and Las Vegas, I usually make a stop here. I know that if I don’t, I will regret it. As a Unilocaler, I like to expand my horizons and try new coffee shops. However, it is difficult to expand my horizons in the Boulder City coffee shop scene when they appear to be closed in the late afternoon. Maybe one day there will be a Boulder City Grouchy John’s or Coffee Bean to review. Until that day, the Boulder City Starbuck’s, which closes at 9 P.M. will continue to get my coffee business. The law of odds says there is a high chance that I will return to Boulder City and south of the Arizona-Nevada border for hiking adventures. I have a feeling that before or after these hiking adventures, I will spend some time in the Boulder City Starbuck’s unwinding with a caffeinated beverage. **Review 78 of the Daniel. So, apparently this place doesn’t have something called a ‘small’ the clerk(I’d hesitate to call anyone at this place a barista) corrected me. Nonethess, this was one of the worst dirty chai lattes I have ever had the displeasure to drink. It also made my stomach hurt… Skip it, go to the Coffee Cup, its right down the block. I haven’t even been to the Coffee Cup yet, I guarantee that it outshines this sorry excuse for a coffee shop. There were all of 3 customers waiting for coffee, and yet we had no idea which of the coffees were ours. None of the clerks were available. Finally, we needed cream for an Americano, the clerk sternly told us to hand it back to him. After all, if they left the cream out… well, I’d certainly have no qualms taking it from a Starbucks! This place suuuuucks, if you don’t think so, that is because you have a sorry little life which includes starbucks!

I am writing this review mainly because I wanted to give kudos to Ramsey. Our experience was not really exceptional, after all, Starbucks is Starbucks, what makes the difference is the people who work there. We bought drinks and pastries for our trip back to Scottsdale. I started with my lemon loaf, I took a bite and it was stale, I gave a piece to one of the twins, the one that eats anything. She returned it to me, when a three year old refuses to eat cake you know it is not good. Then the banana chocolate chip coffee cake was also stale. My hubby bought it for himself, but did not eat it after the first bite. We called back and spoke with Ramsey and he was so helpful. He wanted to give us new pastries, however we were not going to turn around for pastries, we really called to let him know they were stale. He went above and beyond. He called the store closes to my home in Scottsdale and asked them to replace the pastries. He then called me back to let me know it was arranged and who to contact at the store. Wow, that is great customer service. I am also going to go to the Starbucks site and mention it.

Normally I don’t review Starbucks I go to because generally the review is going to always be the same. However, while coming back from Lake Mead I had to stop off here in Boulder City for a java-fix. Slowest service from a Starbucks I have had in a very long time. Myself and many other people meandered around in front of the pick-up table for what seemed like an eternity. The drinks came out at a glacial pace. It was not busy. Maybe I shouldn’t complain about Starbucks, it is Starbucks after all… but I could get much better coffee elsewhere, but I go to Starbucks because it is CONVENIENT. It is not convenient for me to pay for over-priced coffee that gets to me 10 minutes after I order it.

Great location. Clean bathroom. Great drinks. Love it. The only downside was the no drive through. But, the opportunity to stretch my legs was appreciated.

This is my Starbucks when I hike at Lake Mead or In Arizona. It’s convenient in and out even when the traffic to the dam is heavy, and the employees have always been very nice and competent! There is no drive through which is OK by me. It’s a larger storefront than most Starbuck’s with more seating area. They also have patio seating where you can watch traffic if you’re really bored. I will never pass this Bucky’s up if I’m in the area!
