Ruben’s Wood Craft And Toys

Just attended my nephews 4^th birthday here and it was awesome! Beautiful small business and the party host did a great job. Each kid got to take home a woodcraft they painted. The party room was clean and well decorated and there were several handmade games the kids played like pin the tail on the elephant that the owner made himself. I highly recommend checking it out.

Took kids here pre Christmas and loved the small town feel and HANDMADE wood pieces! They had reasonable prices and had a great area for kids to paint their items-​so glad they r here in SNV!

I took my dollhouse, which was a family heirloom, to Ruben 3 months ago to be fixed and restored for a Christmas gift for my family. He waited until the last day that he promised, December 15, to start the job. Not only did he not fix it but he managed to ruin the dollhouse, making the original issue that it was taken to him for worse. When I picked it up from him he actually told me he has a bad habit of making promises in which he cannot fulfill. Not only has this ruined the gift that I planned to present to my family for the holidays, but I now have to find someone who can fix the mess that this woodcrafter has created. If 3 months was not enough time for this woodcraftsman to do a job, there are some real issues. I absolutely would not recommend this business. For 3 months he had nothing but excuses and now has caused a lot of problems for me. Extremely sad.

Super friendly place! Kids can paint wood masterpieces… adults too! Ruben’s original wood toys and furniture are 1^st class! Do yourself a favor and check out this local business. You will be glad you did :)

Kids can come in and find toys for as little as a nickel. They can paint a wooden shape for $ 1-​$ 2. Lots of unusual and retro type toys. A very budget friendly store!
