Bill Hopkins Carpet & Upholstery Care

I manage a small apartment complex in Boulder City and have been using Bill for the last year or so. One time I offered to just pay him for his time to assess the carpet in a unit in which I thought the carpet required replacement. He not only gave me a free assessment, but was able to make the carpet I thought needed replacing look great.
His service is always prompt, and the carpets are left looking much better than other services I have used in the past, and much better than when I have done it myself with a grocery store rental. I believe that his truck mounted equipment uses very hot water/​steam, which actually cleans deep, so I have never noticed old stains reappearing like with other servicers.

I hired this company to clean the carpets of my parents’ home after I moved their belongings out, before the new owner moved in. However, he never moved the dressers and other items that I left behind that the new owner purchased with the house, even though I specifically requested it. I called the office when I found out, hoping they would come and fix it, but the snotty witch-​with-​a-​b who answered the phone refused to do anything. I would not recommend this place.
