This shop is crazy! There is so much stuff it’s hardly possible to take it all in. I just kept seeing things that immediately take me back to my childhood. There are books, toys, jewelry, coins, silver, and so much more. And all of these pale in comparison to the pedal car collection. There are pedal cars in every corner and most I’ve never seen before. The lady who runs the store told us all about them. She knows when they were made, how unique they are, and what a lot of the backstory is to the most unique ones. She seemed to know about every thing in the store, no matter what it was. Boulder City was well worth the visit on my trip to Vegas. There are lots of nice little shops to explore, a few places to get a drink and a nice park lay on the grass. It’s a fun little town.

This shop is a great gem right off the main highway! You never know what you’ll find inside, always something new and exciting each time we have visited. And don’t get me started on the smell… by far THEBEST candles, and they almost always have one burning — I’m addicted! It’s always at the top of our list when visiting. If you’re looking for a fun afternoon stroll, definitely include this shop on your route. Milo’s Wine Cellar a few doors down tops off the experience. Treasure hunting at Back In Thyme, then celebrating your finds with a nice glass of wine! :)

One of the lesser antiques stores in Boulder City– they can thank the Coffee Cup café next door for at least 90% of their business. Displays outside are fun to browse, but most of the stuff inside is overpriced, as others have mentioned. Walked in to hear the owner ranting to another customer about tourists, and how so many people go in without buying. Found that to be a distinct turn off, so I saw myself the door. With so many other antiques places in town that are better styled, with more selection, and great service, there’s no need to go here. Walk across the street to the Antiques Depot instead, if you’re waiting for a table next door.

The collection of restored pedal cars are pretty neat. That’s the main attraction of this store. There were some rhinestone crowns in a display case only one of them had price tag of $ 150. Waay overpriced. The two employees who I assume are the owners there were not interested in engaging in conversation that’s for sure. I had wanted to know the origins of those pageant crowns. All I got was a «no», «they got it at an auction» …and they continued on with their convo. Didn’t even bother to make eye contact with me. Well that’s friendly for ya! Not that I expected it anyways. Well after that I didnt bother spending too much time in Back in Thyme And not going to bother putting time into this review either. That’s all!

I’ve visited this store quite a few times over the past years and I always enjoyed all of the interesting items, dishes, magazines, signs, candles, pretty jewelry, and knick knacks. I’ve bought some really cute décor here that I always get compliments on when people visit my home. My favorite time to visit is during the holidays, especially Christmas! Because they decorate so beautifully and have great holiday items! The owner is very nice and knowledgable about the items in her store. I even saw her on Rick’s Restoration(a TLC show based here in Las Vegas) and she is definitely the person to go to for pedal cars. All in all I truly enjoy this Boulder City treasure :-)

Cool little place with a lot of interesting knick knacks. However, prices are rather steep and I have never found anything worth it. Fun to look around in while you’re waiting for a table at the Coffee Cup though :-)

My girlfriend and I have lived in Vegas nearly 40 years. We’ve been through Boulder City many times but never actually stopped anywhere other than to get gas. Today we decided to play tourist in Boulder City. Most of the shops had friendly staff this was not one of them. I had a empty coffee cup from another establishment. Upon entering the store I saw a trash can behind the counter. I inquired as to whether or not I could throw my empty cup in the can or was it a antique? The clerk made some rude comment about yeah go ahead that’s all we’re good for apparently. I asked her to to repeat herself as I thought perhaps I misunderstood her. She just glared at me. Needless to say we left after a very short look around. Overall we had a great time in Boulder City today and plan on returning but we’ll definitely skip this place.

A nice little shop with a range of items. The most interesting thing I saw was their collection of post cards from the past. My wife bought a few for a good price. My only critique is that it is a bit cozy in there and be careful of items laying on the floor!

Cool little shop we like to check out whenever we’re in Boulder City. There’s lots of cool things to see(and possibly buy). I like the selection of restored(not repros) Pedal cars they have. Check this place out if you’re ever on this side of town, you might find something you like… ALOHA!!!
