I originally wrote this review on February 8^th, but I was told if I wanted to have any chance of a resolution for my dilemma I was to immediately remove this review. How can you hold that over someone’s head after you ruined the appliance you were here to fix? That is insane, I can’t even begin to imagine what else they would try and get away with.
Since I wanted this situation resolved, I took the review down. Was that enough? Nope. Good luck to anyone who hires these people. You will regret it, especially since they have incompetent people running it.

I’ve had family use All American Service and always had positive experiences. Tom and John are great… will definitely be keeping their number for any future appliance service needs!

I just had this company out to fix my Viking refrigerator and they were AWESOME. Tom and John were the best, so so so knowledgeable, and more than fair with their pricing. I wanted them to hang out for a beer or something, they were great people that I felt very comfortable with. (Important when you’re a woman home alone letting strange people into your home.)
I’ve worked with all kinds of home appliance companies, and this one is absolutely the best. Definitely hire this company!!!

Hired American home service to replace cable and user interface on a Viking downdraft
Total invoice $ 415
Company came to install the parts and when they connected the unit they accidentally burned the control board ($ 700 discontinued part)
Having to spend now $ 1700 in order to install a new down draft
Contacted company to have them reimburse the amount they collected since they did a major damage to the unit …
Amy hang up the phone and refused to assist
I’m waiting on Tom’s response now, in order to rectify the situation
Will update review according to their response
If response will not be reasonable I will take this matter to court and contractor board

Still in the process of getting the issue resolved, but I know already that I’m in good hands. There’s nothing better than a technician that’s curious enough that he’ll come back twice in the same day to troubleshoot. I truly appreciate your thoroughness and willingness to solve this problem!

Highly recommend for any and all appliance repairs! Two days before Thanksgiving I decided to clean our wall ovens. Perfect timing for the thermal fuse to blow. I found AHS on here and hoped for the best. The dispatcher was very kind. Great customer service and was able to schedule a technician for the next day between 12 – 3. By 12:15 the technician, Tom, called to say he was on his way. By 1:15 our ovens were fixed. Tom was very professional, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgable. He left our home spotless. Excellent service!

This is the second time AHS has made a house call and I felt inclined to write a review about my lovely experiences. Appliance repairs are inconvenient at best, but these guys make it quick, painless, and affordable.
The main phone number connects to a friendly and knowledgeable dispatcher who schedules your repair to be completed within a few days. There’s a $ 39 house call but that’s waived if you hire them to do the work. They fixed my washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher (basically I live in the house of dysfunctional appliances), all for much les than expected.
Listed as «appliance repair» in my phone, they’re my go-​to. Thank you for the great experience!

When our refrigerator went out, we were worried about the expense and hassle of buying a new one. We decided to call a appliance repair company local to Boulder City and found American Home Service.
I called their number a little after 8am on a Saturday morning and Tom was at the house in just over an hour. He was able to repair the fridge quickly and at a reasonable cost.
Highly recommended.

I’ve been in Vegas for 3 months and essentially every appliance in my house has broken during that time… yes, bad luck I know.
On the good side, I’ve only been here for 3 months and I’ve already found the best appliance guys in town. Honest, quick and thorough service at a reasonable price (made more reasonable if you tell them you saw their ad on Craigslist, which saves you 10% on your service charge).
Also, if you go to their Web site, you can get 10% off your overall repair cost.

I’ve now met all three of their techs (Tom, Lee, and Tommy Jr) and have been impressed by the knowledge of all three. Also, I’m admittedly curious and usually hang out to watch them work. I’ve known many a repair guy who would be frustrated by this, but not AHS. These guys took time to explain what they were doing and to teach me how to avoid it in the future.
Perhaps best of all, one of their techs told me what I needed to do, and then told me how easy it was and that I’d probably save a lot of money buying the part online and doing it myself — now THAT is integrity, the kind of iIntegrity that is sadly missing from most of our society.
I hope I don’t need their help again any time soon; but if something breaks — they’re the first people I’ll call.
