I have to say that I’m bias because I find that food just seems to taste better from a food truck. This particular taco truck is stationary and not rotating to any other locations. It is at the same spot off Bothell Way 7 days a week. Since the owner is also the only cook, I have found that closing time is relative. They also offer a few seating options around the truck and then a couple tables and chair adjacent to the truck. I have had the tacos, sopas, and tortas in different combinations of Carne asada, pollo, carnita, and al pastor. All of those meat options were pretty good. My favorite hands down is the tortas with Carne asada. It has several ingredients but the bread is what makes it so darn tasty. The bread is thin and warmed on the grille. It has the consistency of a thick crêpe. Also, he provides two bottles of green and red salsa/sauce. The red is my favorite since it is pretty spicy. The green still has good flavor so it would be a good option for those that can’t handle heat. I definitely recommend coming here and giving it a try. Honestly, I think it’s better than some of the sit down Mexican restaurants close by(like Passion).

I hope you stick around for the entire review because I believe it is very valuable to future consumers and perhaps the business. Today will be the last time I go here and I used to come here frequently. Today, I’ve been food poisoned and it’s extremely horrible. I’ve been laying in bed all day and I’ve thrown up 3 times. In addition, I ordered a chicken burrito and recieved beef. I can confirm what the other 1 star review said, they do not wear gloves when they take money, cook, and wrap the food to go. If you ignore this review, see for yourself. Today was my final day of college, thanks for ruining it.

I really wanted to like this. Food is reasonable for what you could imagine coming from a trailer at the side of the road. I ate lunch here with my wife and sat at a stool with a clear view of the kitchen. Both gentleman working were handling food barehanded the entire time we were there. The guy handling cash was working the grill without washing his hands. I could clearly see boxes of gloves, but they never used them. This«trailer» is clearly not operated to the standards required.

The best Mexican food in Bothell, by far! Freshly made, delicious, affordable fare served(always) with a smile!

This bright yellow food truck is new as of December 2014, and I’m still surprised not to see more people eating there. Great location — just off 522 up Bothell-Everett highway — and great food. The tortas(Mexican sandwiches) are AMAZING, only $ 6.50 with your choice of meat along with pickled jalapenos and avocado. I love the carnitas torta. Very filling. Red and green salsas are both awesome. The tacos are great too, just not quite as substantive(could have used more meat when I tried them). The owners are really nice and will let you sample the different types of meat if you’re not sure what you want, and they have long hours, about 10:30 to 8 every day. There are a few stools if you want space to eat outside there. I much prefer this place to the margarita-slinging«Mexican restaurants» in the surrounding area.

Amazing street tacos at an excellent price. I recommend the Al Pastor tacos. It’s kind of hard to see from the street. It’s across from Chevron and next to a hair salon in a gravel lot.
