Extremely slow. Seems to be the normal for Starbucks these days. Not slow in customers but slow service. I just order the drip now so I don’t have to wait 20min for an espresso drink.

Bothell, WA
This Starbucks is in QFC, and is OK if you’re already there grocery shopping. We usually go to the Starbucks store next door (a mere 50 feet away) unless they are too crowded.

Not surprised to see another negative review of Teresa’s customer service skills (or lack thereof). She acted like it was a complete bother to take my order, and was very rude in general. Oh, and to top it off, my americano was so disgusting and burnt tasting, I had to throw it away. LAME.

Teresa the manager is very unpleasant and not someone you want to be around in the morning. She has zero personality, appears to have a frown stuck on her face. Not a typical Starbucks employee unfortunately. Drive further to the Starbucks on lake city and avoid this one at all costs.
