Speedy Glass

Had to take my truck in multiple times to get them to reinstall my rear view mirror correctly.
After replacing the windshield I noticed my rear view shaking around more than normal and noticed the antenna/​temperature sensor bar was not clipped into the mounting bracket of the mirror.
Which meant they should have taken the mirror off, clipped them together and then install the mirror again. But they did nothing and told me it was fixed. I jumped in, noticed it wasn’t and went back in. The «guys» just went to lunch and I could either leave my car for another hour and find a ride to pick it up later or schedule another appointment.
So I did, then the main «guy» yelled at me telling me I’m wrong and it won’t work as he’s trying to bend and twist the hard plastic bar into the mirror mounting bracket. I asked him to be careful as he was getting frustrated while telling me I’m wrong. Well ten minutes of that and he finally does what I say and fixes it correctly. Would not recommend this shop at all.
Do yourself a favor and go to a better shop where people do things correctly the first time and don’t get angry if you’re not happy with their mistakes.

These guys rock! I had my BMW X3 passenger window smashed at the gym parking lot… called them (insurance referral) and dropped my car off at 9am. had it back by Noon.

Got my windshield replaced. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. The warranty on the glass is a good deal. That stuff stopped this from being a 1-​star.
Two problems:
1) The glass isn’t a perfect fit for my vehicle. Now I understand that the aftermarket glass available might not exactly match the model of my car, but in this case the gap between where the black ring around the glass was on the old windshield and where it is on the new one… it allows you to see back behind the dashboard. Exposed wires and dust and it looks like crap. There’s no way for me to keep that clean.
2) They didn’t bother to clean out some give under the windshield and it’s going to be almost impossible to clean up. Even worse, there’s a huge mess of black epoxy clear out onto my window frame.
I’m planning to drop them an email to complain, will update if they make it right.

We had a very positive experience with Speedy Glass in Bothell. They were able to get us in the morning after we called, the office staff was very friendly and helpful, they did a good job of cleaning up all the broken glass, installed the new window correctly and I was on my way. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again, if needed.

Our car got broken into on Sunday. These guys were able to replace my broken window the same day: called at 9am on Monday and got scheduled at 4. By 4:45 the broken glass was vacuumed, glass repaired and opening the car window was working as expected. I was truly impressed with the volume of work they were covering between Christmas and New Years and, despite that, I saw everybody leaving happy.

Only giving them a one star bc I can’t give them anything less. Ladies at the counter are nice and professional. Trying to talk to certain techs in the back to explain the issue is a whole other story. I had my windshield replaced and I had such a large leak the my passenger side carpet was soaked and smelling. Tried to explain what I had noticed, all the sudden another tech walked over from working on another car when I wasn’t even talking to him and starts shooting down what I was explaining when they hadn’t even started looking at the car yet. They finally start looking at the car and do tests. After a while they call the lady from the front over. She then calls me back to show me on the car where the leak is coming from to continue by saying that it’s not caused by them and there’s nothing they can do to fix it since they didn’t cause it. When they clearly did, I’ve owned the car for years with no leak. All the sudden after they replace the windshield it leaks like a mother. And where the leak was coming from was right under a gap in the cowling that keeps water from going where it is… I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Speedy Auto Glass in Bothell did a great job with the install of an OEM windshield for my 2013 F-​150 SuperCrew pickup. They were able to fit my schedule and the manager, Dusti Shanning, gave me a very reasonable price for an out of the pocket replacement! I was in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes and the install is fantastic, highly recommended.

My experience with a windshield replacement went smoothly. Great location to wait at the library or the knitting shop across the way. I made an appointment after calling around for the best price. They finished in under an hour and I enjoyed a cup of complementary Keurig coffee.

Our car window was broken and our insurance company gave us three different suggested shops. I chose Speedy because the location was convenient and they were friendly on the phone. Plus they were over $ 200 cheaper than what the dealer quoted me. The shop had to special order the glass from the manufacturer, but was able to get me in quickly. On the day of installation both Dusty & Ashley were very personable. Unfortunately, the glass that was received was for the wrong window. They were very apologetic because I had waited so long, but they did not complain that they had to stay at work 40 minutes after closing to take put the door back together and put on a temp. When the new glass came in they apologized again for the inconvenience and compensated me with a $ 50 gift card. They have earned my future business.

Easy and fast. I was done with everything within an hour. Windsheild looks great.

Dusti, the manager makes replacing glass the most painless experience. She was so friendly from the first time she picked up the phone, I know I’m not that friendly at 8a on a Monday. She agreed to help me in getting a piece of tempered glass for my boat even though they specialize in auto and commercial, not only did she help me out but the price was right and was able to get it back to me in 2 days to get out for the nice weather. I will drive 45 minutes anytime I need glass from now on, I can’t thank you enough for the awesome service!

The passenger window of my car was broken out awhile ago but I’ve been putting off replacing it because of finances. I finally got some extra cash to do it and did some cost research. I also wanted to replace my windshield at the same time since it had a significant crack so knew it was going to be a pricey expense. I got quotes from All-​Star, Safelite, Cascade Auto Glass, and Speedy and Speedy was by far the cheapest. They were also the quickest to respond and Karina was very friendly and helpful.
I signed up for the 8−10a window and got an email the night before stating they would be out at 10a. I got a call at 9:30a saying Isaac would be there in 15 minutes and he was right on time. I gave him my keys and he went to work, finishing in just about an hour to replace both windows. He even tried to get the tape residue off the door and window!

They were $ 27 cheaper than the quote I got from my insurance company’s «preferred» auto glass dealer, the staff were friendly and service was prompt. Plus I get lifetime chip repair.
Another bonus is having a coffee at the Brew while I wait.

Came in for a rock chip repair. They were able to fix it right away and bill my insurance without any problems. Staff was friendly. Shop had tea/​coffee available in the waiting area. My repair was done in like 15 minutes, they were quick!

These guys are excellent. 2 or our Elegant Painting vehicles had broken glass and we called around and decided to go with Speedy Glass of Bothell. They did a great job and we could not be happier! Customer service, quality of service, everything just perfect.

This place was great. They did a good job on my rock chip it even looks smaller. I am very happy with the work. They were also very nice and friendly.

Noticed a crack on my windshield and realized my insurance didn’t cover it. After calling multiple shops I landed on this one because of the availability, warrantee and price.
They took me the same day as the call, I chose to visit the shop because my apartment complex is difficult to find.
They said it would take an hour but it really took 30 minutes! What a relief!
I will definitely return here for all my glass needs.

Excellent service and wonderful people to work with. I had a broken window in a rainstorm, they came out that morning and replaced the window and vacuumed out my truck. They were there within the time they said they would be and did the work quickly. The price was $ 16 more than quoted over the phone, maybe they didn’t add sales tax. Issac was the Tech that installed my window, great job!

This place would have earned at least a 4* if the front desk woman was nicer. The technician did a decent job in reasonable time. But the young girl at the desk did not know how to properly treat customers. No courtesy, almost rude, talking to customer while chewing gum. There are many other windshield repair shops who would appreciate my business.

Not very pleased. First, this place lacks some professional conduct and some professional staff.
I hoped for a better looking outcome of my chipped windshield repair. But, oh well…
I would not recommend anyone going there. The three-​member staff looked/​acted as they just came from a drug/​alcohol-​fuelled party. Terrible experience… :(
