Shear Perfection

5+ stars!!! Been going here, to Carrie (owner) for about 13 yrs and have never, I mean never, has a bad color or cut. She is incredibly inexpensive (75 for partial and cut!) but quite talented. She uses high qjality products and takes her time, never rushed. she does whatever I want without telling me what I should do. however when I ask for input she seems to always know what will work best. her personality is what makes her stand out the most, she’s funny, confident, knowledgeable, beautiful, and wise! I eve have had people offer me free colors many times to try them out and leave my regular, and I have been very dissatisfied every time. Check her out!!!

Been going here for many years now. Kim and Carrie are professionals and very personable. I value Kim’s efforts and regard her as more than a stylist, but as a friend, as well!

Very happy with my haircut from Carrie. $ 30 for a trim, not including a shampoo (but I didn’t ask for one). She was efficient and did a great job keeping my layers looking fresh. Even styled my hair a bit after the cut. The review by Riss was very confusing to me, but please note that she rated them 4 stars so all that bad stuff she is saying is not about this salon. The five star «as good as it gets» is for the category of no-​frills, affordable, and efficient service. This is a two-​person shop and I’ve seen one of the stylists (Carrie) for a number of years. Her rates are great, her work is good, and she’ll listen to what you have to say. You can get a shampoo, cut, highlights, and color and be out the door in an hour! Hello! My time is money and I’d rather not sit around some stuffy salon sipping tea while I’m waiting for an over-​priced foil. Love this place!

Ready for a trim, a little change, I decided to hit up this little place near my house. It’s been there for a long while, so I figured it must not be too bad.
Although I had a great, and affordable, experience the last time I got a professional haircut, I won’t go back. It’s a small world, and I have no use for unprofessional conduct from anyone, let alone hairdressers.
This place is certainly not the epitome of cool’, slick’, hip’, or even fresh’. This is definitely the Little old lady’ hair salon of our little neighborhood on the hill.
But wanting only what boils down to a trim, I don’t need any of those things, I just need someone who knows what they are doing.
And that’s exactly what I got here.
They are within walking distance of my house, so I know I’ll be back. the convenience alone is worth it.
