Shannon’s Flowers and Gifts

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday and they didn’t arrive. Order was placed more than a week before her birthday. Made me look like an idiot when I texted her to see if they arrived and they didn’t. I checked email for confirmation and my bank statement to see if I was charged. There was nothing in either so I assumed the order didn’t go through.
I scrambled and got next day delivery from another company and those arrived nicely as stated. Three days later Shannon’s delivered flowers with an apology note and charged my account. They never notified me of any of this.
Needless to say, I will be getting a full refund whether i have to dispute the charges with my credit card or not. This is very unprofessional.

Actually, I take that back with the service that was poorly provided for me… Reason, why I’m giving this a one star is because they did not deliver the flowers to my wife during Valentine’s Day and ended up delivering the flowers to the wrong person and given the status that my wife had received them, when in actuality my wife had no flowers to enjoy on a special day. I would have given this florist another chance if they told me that they were overwhelmed with orders and could not deliver on time. The only option they offered me was to deliver the next day which didn’t matter at this point because the moment was ruined and the extra money we pay for delivery was all for nothing… now I see why others have given this place a horrible review

Blah blah blah. Blow it our yer arse Shannon’s!
I placed a Mother’s Day order with Shannon’s for an out of town deliver. It never arrived and there was no notification from Shannon’s. Plus they were indifferent to the situation. Not even a simple apology. Never again Shannon’s.

After deciding to pass on using The Bothell Florist for an arrangement for my engagement party, I walked into Shannon’s Flowers and Gifts to see how I would be treated there. It was almost closing time, but they didn’t rush me out the door. I explained to them my unique situation. My aunt, who lives in PA, wanted to purchase an arrangement for my engagement party, because she could not be there. They asked me what kind of flowers I preferred, and showed me what they had in stock.
At the time, I asked if they had sunflowers to which they said no. I was also hoping for hydrangeas, and they had none in stock either. I explained that I liked pinks and yellows, but the reason I wanted sunflowers is because it is my aunt’s favorite, and was important that they would be part of the arrangement. They assured me that they could put together something very nice for me. They took down my name and number and asked by what time I would need the arrangement for my party. They assured me that if my aunt called in early the next morning to finalize the order, they would call me and have it ready in plenty of time.
My aunt called in and sure enough, the arrangement was ready and beautiful. I don’t know how, but they managed to find mini sunflowers and include them in the arrangement. It meant a lot to me and I was very impressed! Just an FYI, the 1 – 800 number on their business card doesn’t work. Not sure why, but it doesn’t. While they didn’t have the largest selection of in stock flowers, I feel they did a very good job at making an arrangement that was appropriate for my party and included all of the flowers that I indicated that I liked. I was very impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to go through them again, the next time I need a flower arrangement.
