Pyramid Pools

Pyramid Pools was hired to re-​plaster, re-​tile and re-​cope our pool in October of 2014 with a start date in May 2015.
From the beginning they were cordial, professional, knowledgeable and kept their commitments as the project proceeded. Once the project was completed, they sent a member of their Firm to our home 5 days a week for two weeks to be sure that the water chemistry was right in order for the plaster to cure properly.
The real test of a good contractor is when things go wrong. The plaster they installed was mottled in color. Marty, the owner of Pyramid Pools, personally visited the site several times to address this problem and was able to conclude that they had received a bad shipment of plaster. Marty is extremely knowledgeable about plaster and was able to repair the problem satisfactorily. Without any argument at all he assumed responsibility for the repair which, including the refill of a 35,000 gallon pool, was at Pyramid’s expense.
They are a Family organization that has hired experienced pool experts who went above and beyond what one might ordinarily expect to achieve a good result. Should you elect to hire them for your pool work, you could not be in better hands!

I enjoyed my experience threw this company. I got a quote right away that was accurate at the end of the job. Workers were friendly & didn’t over charge. Only suggestion is to call a couple months ahead of time if you need to build a pool they get busy around summer time. Thank you! Thank you!
