While the divery time was really good, and the pizza tasted good, the base was not completely cooked in places.

If you’re looking for good pizza, this is the place to go! For my boyfriend and I, Papa John’s is always my first choice. It’s also really close to home so it’s a nice and convenient location. The parking lot is a little small but there is rarely ever no parking so that’s nice too. The employees are always really helpful and remind me of the current specials so I can get all the deals with what I’m getting. The only reason I’m giving it four stars versus five is because sometimes the toppings are all in the middle of the pizza(not that it’s a huge deal or anything but it makes the delicious toppings fall off, lol) and also the online ordering where I can’t put in any promo codes I get in the mail. That’s not this locations fault or anything, but it’s kind of a bummer when that happens. But other than that the pizza is delicious and I will always come back here!

Hard for any fast food pizza place to get five stars from me, but this place gets an A plus for service, Sean is the friendliest person on the planet. You can tell he loves his job and creates a great culture for the team. My orders are always right, on time and delish. I would not think of going to another Papa’s as long as this crew is running the show. Thanks for making me feel welcome and special :)

Order a pizza online. It was a medium spinach chicken Alfredo pizza with Roma tomatoes. Picked up the pizza and the cashier was friendly. The pizza tasted great and I love the garlic dipping sauce.

The staff was covered in flour when the guy took my order, he was friendly & made it easy to order. He went back to making a big order of pepperoni’s & let me know when they were about 5 min from being done. The pizzas were hot, looked really good & my team loved the food.

Horrendous service screwed up my order made me wait an extra 15 minutes didn’t offer to take any money off. Swear to God the guy taking my order when I phoned it in was stoned out of his mind and could not enter things faster than two minutes per pizza

Recently moved to Bothell, this was the closest pizza delivery chain to my residence, at first I was bummed because I wasn’t all to familiar with the chain; but I am very pleased with this Papa Johns as my main pizza delivery night! First off, they are extremely punctual, truly considerate on making good delivery time. I have nothing bad to say about pizza itself, love the crust, and love that it doesn’t give you a greasy pizza feeling. The best thing about their menu: The Papa John’s seasoning! We even order extra to use for our personal cooking.- Second, the large chocolate chip cookie. OMG! So Good!

Papa Johns is a nationwide chain of pizza stores. Results can vary greatly store to store, this review is specific to the Bothell Store. Papa Johns is a carry out or delivery store, they dont have any dine in facilities. They do have a few chairs if you are waiting for a pie. They have a wide variety of italian themed foods available and a few american style appetizers. Their menu consists of Pizza, salad, Wings, soda, and more. I get great pizza every time at this location. I usually carry out, so not much comment on their delivery. Also, I order at lunch time, so my comments may not reflect evening experiences. I usually order the Works pizza, a generous combination pizza, it’s a great blend of savory vegetables and meats. If you havent tried Papa Johns in a while, check out this location, you wont be sorry

I’m surprised to see bad reviews for this location. We come here often! It is within walking distance of our house so we take advantage of their carryout punch card. After ten carry out orders you get a free large 3 topping pizza– which isn’t a bad deal considering they have a consistent deal for a large two topping carry out for 7.99. The staff is always really friendly and I have never had them make an error on our order! We will continue to go back, very happy with this location!

Ordered a pizza that took too long and the pizza was cold and undercooked. I am going elsewhere.

We’ve been ordering Papa John’s pizza for years, they have great deals, awesome fresh tasting dough, and get our order correct 90% of the time. But recently, the quality has been suffering at this Bothell location. In fact, just tonight we ordered some of the chicken strips that looked so yummy in the pictures, only to get the box and find a greasy mess of smallish chicken nuggets, similar to the kind you buy in the freezer isle at the grocery. 7 bucks is the price for these suckers. Pretty sorry when even Pizza Hut outdoes you… so much for quality ingredients… I posted a picture with a comparison of the online menu and what I ended up with. UPDATE: 4 weeks after I post this I get a hand addressed postcard in the mail from Papa Johns…3 free orders of chicken strips… someone at the Woodinville Papa John’s thinks they’re really funny. Clearly they consider their poor quality to be a source of amusement, I do not.

I only order my pizza from here! When I moved to Bothell, I was ordering pizza from a different place, which shall not be named, and my pizza was wrong EVERY time! Papa John’s is a different story… my pizzas have never been wrong. I always have fresh and abundant toppings. Delivery time is always accurate and most of the time they get here quicker than predicted. I’ve also done carry out and my order has always been ready and the staff very kind and friendly. I’ve been buying pizza from this location for 4 years! I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my 2nd time ordering pizza from here. Both times pizza was slightly burned and greasy. Also, staffs are reluctant to give out crushed peppers and parmesan cheese. Received only 2 in total. Better to go to the UVillage branch if you’re in Seattle. Always cooked the pizza just right, friendly staffs and definitively more generous!

We get Gluten Free Pizzas from here. The pizza is tasty, hot, and while the price is a bit high, the folks working there are friendly enough!

Bothell is your typical suburb city. One of just about every possible chain and fast food place you can think of, in a few mile radius. Papa John’s is no exception. This isn’t rocket science people, it’s ‘fast food’ pizza. I’ve actually never been *in* a Papa John’s before. I’ve always done delivery for the kids, and when I lived in May’s Pond, online ordering. But last night, a very casual«housewarming» dinner for a Don L fianlly finding a damn apartment, had me walking into this one to order. Lucky bastard has a nice range of little quick eats places a block from his new place. The guy who took our order could easily pass as a ringmaster in a circus. His big booming, smiling voice was pure entertainment. This location must be pretty busy, because they have 2 employees to stand there and answer phones and neither one of them put them down while we were there. When we returned to pick up the pizza and were walking out, the«ringmaster» yelled out«Guest walking out», to which the other 5 employees all yelled«HAVE A NICEDAY» in *almost* perfect unison. The pizza was nothing spectacular, didn’t expect it to be. Although one side was very sparsely«cheesed» compared to the other. Every pizza place has some«schtick» that’s their«thing», and at Papa J’s, its the garlic dipping sauce. Shit is like crack. Encouraging new addictions in people I care about is a hobby of mine, so introducing this to my friend for the first time was a real treat for me… right up until he started thinking out loud about drinking it straight or bathing in it… All in all, it was a good experience. The employees were a hoot, the pizza was about what you expect«fast food» pizza to be, and it was much more of a fun, casual dinner than going out to a sit down place.

I try not to review other pizza places to close to my location, but I just have to do this as a public service. I actually like a couple of them — not that I would publicly admit which ones. I got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. I like to sample other pizzas and see how we compare. The coupon was for a FREE3 topping pizza, the kids working for me were hungry so I took them up on their offer. If they were trying to get me as a customer, this ploy would have failed miserably. I called to order the pizza and we wanted a half and half. That was no problem. Half was Pepperoni and pineapple. The other half was to be pepperoni, sausage and black olive. Well Pepperoni and pineapple are only 2 toppings, so I had to have them put extra cheese to make 3 toppings on that side. When I brought the pizza in the door, the side with the pepperoni, sausage and black olives that I had wanted to try was a dismal excuse for pizza. It had 8 slices of pepperoni, some scattered sausage, 12 black olive slices and someone had sprayed a hint of sauce at the pizza. Please if you really had wanted me as a customer, give me toppings! I shouldn’t be able to count the number of olive slices on half a 14″ pizza at one glance. There should be enough pepperoni and sausage that I would have a tough time counting that too. And give me enough sauce that I can actually taste it. Papa John, I am glad you make pizzas like you do. It makes it tremendously easier to sell good pizzas.
