Ordered carry out from this location after a power outage took down both our house and our regular Papa Johns.
They were incredibly busy, but quoted appropriate wait times and were friendly + professional to every customer that came in. My pizzas were hot and delicious, which is everything I want out of a pizza.
I’ll be back next time the power goes out.

We went there in Christmas day since was one of the few places opened in the area, order 2 pizzas with thin crust and got 2 normal crust ones, this was after waiting 25 mins for them, when I got back to tell them they accepted the mistake but since we didnt have time to wait more for them I ask them to send it to our place, the person in the front mention that it was possible but they needed to charge the delivery fee which I didnt agree since it wasnt my mistake but them. Just for the poor customer service and without even tasting the pizza I give them 1 star. Its a shame a company this big has such bad customer service policies.

Pizza’s are always yum… staff inside & on the phone very friendly… giving a 4 out of 5 rating because sometimes it’s cheaper to call in then it is online or vice versa… what’s up with that? One should get the best deal all the time.

It would seem as though this papa Johns is under new management. The place is very clean and staff is friendly. It did take some time to order since it was a new person who took my order. This new guy took my order and got me a discount so props to papa johns for helping me save a buck. They said it would take about 15 minutes for carry out but it was ready in 10. Thanks papa johns. I will become a regular.

We get pizza from this Papa johns all the time. The drivers are always courteous. But the last two times have somehow fell short. Last time we ordered it took over an hour and a half to get our pizza, but I tried to overlook it. I completely understand. …but this time we get our pizza and no one even tried to cut it… Papa Johns… we love you, why cant you love us back?

We ordered a pizza for our family, and our kids were starving. They took our order, address, and told us it would be 45 minutes until arrival. After about an hour and 20 minutes we called to find out where it was, and they said it was taken as carry out! We had to cancel our order, and come up with a last minute meal for our very cranky and VERY hungry kids
