Did this place close? That would make me very sad. They were all so nice and the food is always great.

Just drove by 3 days ago and this place was closed– completely gutted and sign removed. Too bad as it was a simple, fresh noodle place that I enjoyed on occasion. Not great, but not bad, and good in a pinch when I wanted noddles and didn’t want to drive into Seattle for some decent ones. The staff was super nice and respectful. I’m sad they are gone.

Okay I love this place. Yes you don’t get to cram your bowl full of questionable meats for one low price. But what you do get is safely stored/refrigerated meats, great service, good sauces, and in the end still more food than I can eat in one sitting.

Meat & fried veggies what’s not to like… nice price for the amount of grub you get… but you can get pancakes @ Denny’s & its right next door… its a toss up every time.

I will start by saying that this restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. I am used to a very fresh, very large authentic Mongolian grill with unlimited food. The selection is lacking — not enough veggie options, and there were about 6 sauces to choose from. You choose your meat at the end of the line to keep it fresh(which is nice), but you get very little meat for the price. The grill took forever to cook since the food sat in one place instead of the cooks moving the food over the grill. There are a variety of sauces that look like they’ve been sitting there all day. I chose the teriyaki, as I thought it was the safe choice. It was disgusting. It was tasted like vinegar mixed with a little sugar — not teriyaki. I am not a picky eater, but I ended up leaving my plate at the table due to not being able to stomach the food. If you like overly sauced, overpriced food with limited selection, this place is for you. I will continue to search the area for a good, fresh Mongolian grill.

Very limited selection of noodles, veggies and sauces. They hide the meat so you can’t see it prior to it being added to your food I prefer the everett location. Super disappointed because I would eat here at least once a week if they had more selection. I almost feel like they didnt give me all my food and just filled my to go box with rice. Won’t be back.

Surprised that this place doesn’t have more reviews, but for $ 10 this place isn’t bad at all! Definitely need to be clever when piling stuff into the bowl or else you end up with very little on your plate. Rice noodles, baby corn, cilantro, garlic oil, sesame oil, hot oil with a good portion of lamb. They offer brown/white rice, but I opted out

I’ve been eating here since I was a child because I grew up in Bothell. I live 30 minutes away in Seattle now and will go out of my way to come get this delicious food! I recommend the teriyaki sauce or even the plum sauce that they put on your fresh cooked food, but any sauce they have you can’t go wrong with!

Maybe it’s just my strange sense of humor but I find it funny that a Mongolian Grill is actually named«Mongolian Grill». Branding issue aside I happened to be in the area and for some reason I was craving a make your own meal type situation. You walk in and start off by picking a bowl that seems way to small for someone with a large appetite. Then you choose your typed of noodes. They have two types of noodles regular and rice noodles. Don’t waste too much viable space on the noodles because the veggies are where the action is. Veggies include onions, tomatoes, peppers, baby corn(I don’t know why I love saying«baby corn», carrots, and the list goes on and on. Finish it off with your choice of seasoning sauces including olive oil and no if you are like me you will have a bowl that is overflowing with potential goodness. You then pass your bowl to the person who is taking orders and tell then what meat you would like and if you would like white or brown rice. They add the contents of your bowl and the rice to a giant wok and 4 or so minutes later you have this massive plate of food that came from this tiny bowl. I actually never finish my plate of food but I like knowing there are extras if I want them. All of this for under $ 10 at lunch(the nap you will take after eating is free).

I usually love this place but man over the years it’s really lost it’s quality. On Unilocal is says theyre open until ten. Get there at 9:45 for a to-go order, they rush me and undercooked my food and I got food poisoning. I even tipped more than the usual $ 5 for a $ 12 meal for staying open and they still were bothered that I showed up there close to closing time. Don’t you want more business? I get it I came close to time to shut down but really customer service really lacking and getting sick is definitely not something I look forward to…

I don’t love this place. I love the idea, but this place isn’t executed as well as it could be. I don’t love the atmosphere. Seems dingy. Don’t love the people. They seem crabby. The food looks fresh. It is a little bit more expensive than I think it should be. You can get take out, though, which is a plus. I have been maybe three or four times, but I’m going to pass from now on.

My boss and I were craving some sort of Mongolian Grill(what a name!) when I found this place. After scouring the Unilocal reviews, we decided to go for it. Of course he sent me in alone, despite my protests that«this is the sort of thing you do yourself!» I sucked it up and went in. Immediately, Andy greeted me and I asked him to please help me out. I gave him my boss’s list and we went to work filling up bowls! Much like everyone else said, the bowls are smallish — but they give you white or brown rice and that kind of makes up for it. And the vegetables are SUPER fresh! They give you the meat themselves, but you can double it for an extra $ 2 — 4, depending on the kind — no big deal. They have oils and minced garlic you can add and then they cook your food. At the end they offer you sauces; Andy gave me an assortment of them, as I was taking this to go and had no idea what we would end up wanting. He put these little to go sauces in a box and even boxed up some fortune cookies for me. Once we realized I only had two arms and was trying to carry two stuffed bags of food and two sodas(no togo cup holders, sadly) — he offered to help me to my car with everything. I was SO impressed with the customer service here! Andy, you rock! Thank you for making this first time experience so great! Whatever they’re paying you, they need to up it! And the food was cooked perfectly and VERY hot, just the way we like it! My boss ate to the point of being uncomfortably stuffed because it was«AMAZING! Oh, my god!» and I definitely mowed down mine, after dumping sweet and sour and plum sauces and sesame seeds on it — YUM!(I’m kind of a condiment whore.) And, believe you-me, the sauces were amazing and I’m SUPERRRR picky about sweet and sour sauce! I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews; most Mongolian places let you add the chili oil, garlic, sesame, and ginger oils up front … The sauces are kept piping hot, so just dump it on your food, stir it with your fork(or chop sticks) ANDSHUTUP. It ain’t a hard concept, you lazy Americans! All in all, awesome. I’ll definitely be back! P. S. For the amount of food you get, it’s super cost effective. It was about $ 10 each and you can get 2 – 4 meals out of each one, depending on how much you cram into your gullet. Yay!

Not bad for a first try! The service was casual– something I’m not used to. It’s all more like«help yourself». I had questions that were answered by the manager. I ordered shrimp with brown rice, then adding my own toppings. My meal wasn’t bad but I needed it to be a little more flavorful. I’ll try something different next time.

Not what I think of a typical Mongolian grill. This is one bowl, one time through. They have premade sauces they ladel onto your finished food. Not what I expected, not planning on returning…

Water chestnuts, rice noodles, fresh vegetables, and more. This place has it all and in spades. Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we really enjoy the fresh food and selection. I topped mine with cod and shrimp, she topped hers with beef. Top it off with a light drink and we have a delicious dinner where we gabbed and ate our way to nirvana. Parking is plentiful, access is too easy, and staff are as efficient as they are pleasant. Happy anniversary babe. :)

Okay so the only reason i am giving this place two stars is because the food tastes amazing! The issue is that it always makes me feel horrible… My father has the same problem! I have thought about it and its disgusting and scary but i think i have been getting a little bit of food poisoning from cross contamination. They cook EVERYTHING on the same big stove. after cooking your raw meat they take this nasty old rag that is sitting in water and wipe it down and than promptly but your veggies and noodles on. Maybe i just have a sensitive stomach but i know that i sadly cant eat their without having stomach upset.
