JH Landscaping and Irrigation

This company manages landscaping for my building, the Ruby Condominiums, in Seattle. We’re featured on their website, which also says the following: We will work with your Homeowners Association or Community Facility Managers in order to ensure your building landscaping or urban gardens are in pristine condition.
Unfortunately, they fall short of this promise. About 50 percent of the plants and trees on our common deck area are dead. It’s unclear how long our plants and trees have been neglected; this year’s drought has made the issue rise to the surface. We’ve been paying JH Landscaping thousands of dollars a year under contract and the result is dead plants and trees. When we followed up last month, we were told they’re getting out of this business. Sounds like a good idea, take our money and run. They were at our building today, raking dirt.

JH Landscaping just did our pavers on our outside deck. They were one of the best subcontractors we have worked with. The did what they said they would. They did it on time and were always pleasant. Give these guys a try at bidding your job. I have been really pleased!

JH Landscaping and Irrigation is an excellent commerical and large scale residential landscaping company and in the Seattle and surrounding area. I have referred them to clients in the past and will continue so in the future, based on their ethical business practices and creative landscaping skills.
