InStep Reflexology

I went to Instep Reflexology when I accidentally hurt my arm. I was in pain for several days until I remembered a reflexology coupon that a friend had given me. It was for Drusilla at Instep Reflexology. I was able to get an appointment really quickly and once there, I found her to be very professional and compassionate. She explained how reflexology worked and what she would be doing to help my arm. It is not like going to a conventional physical therapist, this works with your energy meridians and your energy. I wasn’t sure if it would help my twisted muscle but I found that in 1 session, I noticed a huge difference. My arm was at least 85 percent better after that session. It worked so well that I am setting up another session to finish this issue off. I’m sold on reflexology. Plus, I could tell that the therapist (Drusilla) knows what she’s doing.
I’ve already recommended her to a couple of my friends.

The first time I had a session with Drusilla, I was experiencing a painful frozen shoulder, which had not responded to intensive physical therapy. At the end of the session I noticed that I felt deeply relaxed, but more importantly I had more range of motion in my shoulder! This was a powerful turning point in my recovery, in that from then on, my shoulder continued to improve, until it became completely normal again. I’m so grateful to Druscilla for not only her work, but also for her compassion and professionalism. I believe she is gifted healer, and I would highly recommend her to others.

I’ve had several sessions with Drusilla at InStep Reflexology, and will definitely return. Her approach to reflexology is very relaxing and soothing, with great results. My body always feels lense tense and my mind more positive afer our sessions. I appreciate her professionalism and plan to be a client for many years to come.
If you have never tried reflexology, and/​or are looking for a great reflexologist, I highly recommend you see Drusilla! She is wonderful.

This whole experience was just strange, from start to finish.
For starters, the woman performing the service did not introduce herself to me… to this day I still have no idea what her name was.
While the service was interesting, it was not at all the relaxing experience I had hoped for.
The ambiance was similar to that of a relaxing massage… dimmed lighting, calming music, aromatherapy oils.
However every ten minutes there was a loud buzzing sound as if a timer were going off. Instant mood killer!
Adding to the awkwardness was the strange mouth-​breathing noises coming from the woman as she rubbed and poked and prodded my feet and hands. I’m telling you, if she were a man I’d have gotten up and left when she was breathing heavy and rubbing my feet. I was more than uncomfortable.
But the topper was at the end of the service when she stood there starting at me, waiting for the tip. I do not tip out of obligation. I tip on the quality of service and overall experience. So I played naïve and just thanked her and left, as I didn’t know how to tell her that the entire experience was just no bueno.
