. Today, they were selling a slice of plain for $ 4. I was desperate for a snack and got myself one — it was terrible. A slice from West End Pizza would be a rip-​off at $ 1.

$ 4(!!) for a slice of cheese pizza ($ 5 for pepperoni if I remember right). A not-​very-​large slice of cheese pizza, which tastes «meh» at best: OK crust, skimpy on sauce and cheese. It’s like someone took a gross, overpriced food stand from inside TD Banknorth or Fenway and moved it onto the street. Boston pizza restaurants, please step up your game… this is pretty sad.

I went here because my sister insisted I go try the slice. It’s kinda pricey ($ 2.25. I have a feeling this varies, there was a Celtics game) and too greasy for my liking. The crust is real good though. I am never going to a place that my sister suggests again. Maybe I got it on a bad night. They had to keep up with the basketball crowd or something.
