We strolled in there on a semi-busy Friday night. Plenty of seats in the bar area available. After about 15 minutes of waiting a server passed by and tried to help us but couldn’t because it wasn’t her station. We asked abotu the whereabouts of our server, and she replied«I really don’t know where she is.»

I was pretty disappointed in this place. I came in here late with a friend for lunch and we wanted 2 for $ 12 deal. It’s a small amount offered with that and the portion sizes are small. The service was very very slow. Waited forever to order for the food and for dessert. I disliked the pasta and pizza I got a part of the 2 for $ 12 because the pasta was tasteless. The pizza was also very well cooked(burnt) and had huge chunks of tomatoes. I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I know this says 2 stars but it’s more like a 2.5 maybe a 2.75 on a good day. I came here for a late lunch around 5:00. I came here with one other friend & we were seated at a cute little booth. This UNOs definitely has a cute atmosphere inside which I did appreciate. I went for the 2 for $ 12 special that lets you pick a two dishes for $ 12. On the menu they only had deep dish pizzas as a part of the menu but I’m not a fan of deep dish so I asked if I could get the thin crust pizza instead. They said it was find but when my thin crust pizza came out they only gave me half. Which I didn’t appreciate because the UNOs on Huntington had gave me the entire thin crust pizza when I asked for the change. I also got the deep dish mac & cheese. The bowl was small but the quality was great. We wanted to order dessert but getting our waiter to come over to the table took years. But UNOs now has mini sweets now for only $ 2.79. I got the white chocolate macadamia cookie with vanilla ice cream & whip cream on top. It was spectacular. And the serving is perfect because sometimes when I get the large dessert it’s too sweet for me to even finish. Overall quality of the food as great, service below average, and portion size below average.

I absolutely love this place. I came here Tonight not sure what I wanted to drink after such a long day at work. My bartender Cullen provided me suggestions and finally sold me on a blood orange Cosmo which was perfect for a Spring night. Then he recommended his favorite shot which is called the green tea shot. Perfection. It taste like actual green tea but is whiskey based. Whaaaaaaat??? He was so accommodating and kind. I felt so welcomed which is rare for corporate. I also got the wings Extra crispy. Oh god heaven on earth. I totally recommend this place especially during baseball season but make sure You come and ask for Cullen because he is sassy, nice, funny, and beyond accommodating!!!

Why does everything in Boston close so early? We came here a bit before 12, hoping to just grab a pizza and go. When we walked in, it took about 10 minutes to find someone to take our order. I know they’re getting ready to close and all, but still. The pizza was about $ 20 and took 25 minutes to come out. After being told it would only be 15 minutes, those extra 10 count a lot. Was it worth it? No. First of all, those 8 slices were tiny. Second, it was totally mediocre at best. The crust was no good. Third, it was so not worth the price.

I came here with a large party(around 50 people) last night. We had made a reservation beforehand, and UNOs did a great job of setting up the private back room for us so that we would have our own space separate from the rest of the restaurant. They also did a nice job of coming up with a set menu(choice of soup or salad for appetizer, choice of entrée from chicken salad, pizza, a burger, or a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and a choice of apple crisp or brownie for dessert). Since I wasn’t the organizer in charge, I’m not sure how much it was per person, so I can’t speak to the cost-effectiveness of this setup. Overall, I was happy with the service. My water was refilled multiple times, and the kitchen was able to serve 50 people three courses in about 1.5 hours, which was pretty impressive. Unfortunately the food felt a little mass-produced. I ordered a burger medium-well with honey mustard on the side. My burger came out basically rare — it was so red on the inside that I ended up only eating the outside because I was afraid I would get food-poisoning from the undercooked meat. Every other burger that I saw was also that rare. In addition, there was no honey mustard on the side. Lastly, the number of fries that I got was pretty measly compared to what my neighbors got — I expect they were rushing the food out towards the end and it resulted in some pretty uneven distributions of food. I really love UNOs fries — they are perfectly fried, crispy, and salty! — so I was sad I didn’t get more. The mini-brownie I had for dessert was okay, but again didn’t live up to their regular brownie for dessert. Since they had so many orders the brownie wasn’t warm like they usually are when you order from the regular restaurant menu. I guess moral of the story is 1) don’t be picky when part of a large group, and 2) dining with large groups does noticeably affect the quality of the food. Still, props to UNOs for the service and hosting such a large group!

Uno’s is Uno’s, but this one has more character than many others by virtue of being right next to Fenway. Also, I’ve gone here off and on for years and the bar staff has been consistently excellent. A pizza I ordered was late to arrive and they took it off the bill even though I would still have been fine paying for it.

Google the calorie counts of Uno’s menu items before ordering, even if you’re not on a diet. I’m leaving a 4-star review, because the food tasted good, and the service was good. They have every right to serve buttery pizza if that’s what their customers want, but you should know what you’re getting before you order. Two of us shared a regular-sized spinoccoli pizza. It looked like a normal size for two people to share: about 10 – 12 inches in diameter. The pizza tasted good, but we both noticed that the crust tasted strongly of butter and sugar. A quick google search revealed that the pizza was 3,580 calories. That’s almost a full day’s worth of food for two people. After learning that, we decided not to get dessert. Again, I was very satisfied with how the food tasted. The waiter and the manager were both very attentive and friendly. My only complaint is how many calories they managed to squeeze into that pizza. As long as you know what to expect, you should have a great experience at Uno.

Ordered the pizza. Have to say the crust is pretty weak as well as the overall flavor, even down to the cheese they use. Would think that with all the oil in the Cheese, Pepperoni and Sausage there wouldn’t be a way to mess it up. The crust is definitely the worst part. A bit like Pizza Hut in that it is fluffy, with not much texture, yet the bottom and sides are a type of greasy-(over)fried due to the application of oil to the pan. No flavor to the crust. In all ways the Pizza Hut crust beats it out by a mile. Also $ 20 for the full size(about 10″, no more) not a good value either. Unfortunately, not recommended.

If you want good food and enthusiastic service, DONOTGO near this place at night. I went around 11:30 pm on a Thursday with someone and when I asked the host how he was, he just said, «I’m just here waiting all tables so not much.» We sat down and ordered. I got the Chicken Spinoccoli with rice and a side of onion rings and my friend got chicken strips with fries. We waited about 25 minutes although the place had about 4 tables filled. When the food came, his plate was fine but mine had NOFLAVOR. The Spinoccoli was nicely cooked but really needed something to compliment it since the rice was hard and tasteless. I asked the server for a side of Alfredo sauce and when he got it, told me that he had to heat it up himself, which was an unnecessary and completely inappropriate comment. I understand that employees here are college students but that doesn’t mean that it has to take Uno’s name and service down because of it. I really hope to go in the future and forget about this experience.

Went here late as my girlfriend didn’t get into town until 1030ish. I’ve always gotten the pizza but got some wings for a change. Really impressed actually. I’d say some of the better wings I’ve had in the area. Service was good and stayed at the bar a little after dinner and a nice crowd. Would be willing to try more things on the menu for sure… guess they do more than just pizza…

Nice job with the lobster rolls with a sweet and tangy Cole slaw. The whiskey chicken tenders were succulent throughout every bite. The chicken parmigiano was enough for two meals. The host Armando was welcoming and explained all the specials and all the servers were attentive. Will definitely be back.

Been there last night with five other friends. Waitress was very friendly but service tooooooo slow. Had a half pound bacon cheeseburger and it was just ok, almost bland. Definitely overpriced. Ambiance and friendliness of attendants saved the night but will choose another place next time.

Wow. This is not Chicago style deep dish. Their pizza is wrong and unappetizing. Recently got back from a trip to Chicago and devoured far too many deep dishes. I got hooked and needed a fix in Boston. I thought Uno’s must have good deep dish, after all, they invented it, right? Well, this pizza was a joke. I complained, and the server was very apologetic. I told him the crust was really unappetizing and I wondered why it had an odd texture and mouth-feel. He let me know that it is par-cooked before being ordered, and then finished when the order is in. He told me they had to do this or the cheese would stick to the pan(???). I’m sure it is simply to increase table turnover. Unfortunately, it makes the crust disgusting. My girlfriend and I ate the pizza because we were absolutely starving. We had just spent six hours in the garden and could not wait any longer. The manager came over after speaking with the waiter and told me he heard I wasn’t enjoying the pizza. I told him what I told the waiter, and he apologized. I asked why they partially cooked the crust as it completely ruins it, and he didn’t answer directly. He told me it is cooked thoroughly… I think he misheard me or was otherwise avoiding the question. I told him I was not comfortable tipping for the meal because I really couldn’t bring myself to pay more than I had to for a pizza that was truly sad(I would have sent the pizza back had I not been so hungry, and this wouldn’t have been a problem). I told him the service was great, but I can’t shell out more money for this. He told me it’s not the waiters fault, which I understand. But I simply can’t bring myself to pay 20% more for something that was terrible. The manager comped the pizza, to my surprise. He was very concerned that the waiter wasn’t going to get a tip. I gave the waiter a good tip and went on my way, glad to have not paid for that abomination. The place is loud, pricey, serves TERRIBLE pizza. The service was excellent and the manager went above and beyond, but that won’t get me to try Uno’s ever again.

After a horrible experience at this location, I do not want to return. I have been going to this UNOs location for years since I was in college. Quality of service has severely declined over the years. I had a coupon for a free birthday meal and went in on Wednesday, May 20th to redeem it. There was a Red Sox game going on, but the restaurant was practically empty. We were seated at a small table up against a large beam, so I asked if we could just move to a larger booth(again, the restaurant wasn’t terribly busy). This wasn’t an issue with the hostess, so she seated us at an open booth. We waited 15 minutes, and no one ever came to take our order. Several staff members helped customers around us. There were employees behind us arranging silverware and napkins. The same waiter kept walking by us to talk to the employees. After being ignored, we just got up and left. What set me off was the waiter(who kept walking by us and clearly saw our order was never taken) told us to «have a great night.» Maybe it was my mood after being ignored, but I felt his tone came off as quite sarcastic. I just told them no one came to take our order. Save yourself the trouble of going to this location. Ride the extra two stops and go to the one in Copley. We ended up at that location, and service was MUCH better. I wanted to reach out to a manager, but do not know who the manager of this location is.

One thing I liked is I went 45 minutes before a Red Sox game. It was much less crowded than places right near Fenway Park, which get really jammed(for obvious reasons).

We visited this restaurant on a Friday evening. We had tickets to the Red Sox game that night and didn’t have much time for dinner. Courtney waited on us and she assured us that we would be able to make the game if we order items aside from pizza as they are faster to cook. We ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and burgers. The food was tasty and we did end up having time to eat and get to the game. My father had some questions about the area and she was accommodating and polite. Overall we had a good experience here. We even came back later for dessert and had a pleasant experience then too.

The food at this Uno is not bad at all, and their«Game Day» menu is just right for game day, especially when some of the other pubs in the area don’t serve food until later in the afternoon. It’s a fantastic location. But the restaurant does a little bit of self-sabotage on itself. There’s a lot of little things that the staff can do with a little more enthusiasm, and that would make a big difference. A group of us came in mid-afternoon on the day of a Sox game. The restaurant was pretty quiet(and it is indeed very spacious). You’d think during a slower time they might do a bit of upkeep — our table still had crumbs and water spots on it from the previous customers, especially at the window end of our booth table. Whoever cleaned the table didn’t feel like stretching. I enjoyed my window view, but I also got a view of a ton more food crumbs on the window sill. When we were seated, we got the Game Day menu, but no drink menu, which slowed things down when our waitress greeted us. She did get us the drink menu, but she stumbled a bit giving us information on the beers(a little more experience with the drink menu will help). The beer list is limited but still decent, with larger sizes available. Our food came out promptly. My guac burger was delicious, cooked to order, and the guacamole had a rich smoky flavor. But when I opened my burger, I saw some unexpected generosity. Two other people at my table ordered their burgers without red onion slices. I discovered where they went — I had 3 slices of red onion in my burger. As for the fries — well I really dislike the«coated for crispiness» version of fries served at many places. That’s probably not something over which the restaurant has any control. One more minor and amusing glitch was that when we asked for our check, our waitress had to re-open the bill — not a big issue at all, just something that took a bit more time. I would have no problems eating here again, and I’d probably stick to one of their burgers, and perhaps an alternative to fries. This Uno would not be my first choice for just a meal, or just some drinks, but it’s an okay combination when you want both.

If you’re going to a game and want a beer, this might be a good choice, but not if you’re in a rush or want to be treated like an actual customer. I used to work at a restaurant in Fenway and still can’t believe the experience I just had here, it included: Shitty fried food, that took 30 mins Bartenders taking shots(instead of our order) Plates piled in front of us(instead of our drinks) Bartenders giving their phone numbers(instead of service) A real great hangout, for everyone employed by UNOs Shame on the type of restaurant that becomes complacent to customer service given a popular, high traffic location.

So, the other night, I came here for a fundraiser for my fraternity. I was pretty excited, since Uno’s has some awesome food for a decent price. However, I was truly disappointed by the service. It was during a busy dinner hour, so I understand that, but I can’t help but wonder how difficult it is to crack a smile when on the job. Having been in food service, I completely understand the stress of a server, but with due time in the industry, you learn how to manage the stress and become more efficient with your time. I honestly didn’t see this in our waitress. We thought it was her first day on the job, but we then found out she had been working at the Uno’s since 2013. It sure didn’t show… And let me tell you why. First of all, she completely messed up our orders. My party asked for certain condiments and sides, but didn’t get them. There was a side of guac and french fries with my order, but I didn’t ask for any of it. When my friend didn’t get her side salad with her meal, we asked our waitress and she replied with, «Oh, okay.» No apologies, whatsoever. It would have been more courteous that way, but she made us feel a little bit dumb. Then, when we asked for more waters from ANOTHER waitress because ours had been MIA for 30 minutes after we got our meals, she came around and talked to the other waitress and said in a sassy voice, «Oh, not enough water?» We’re right next to you… It’s water… Why do you have to be so condescending? LASTLY, we split the tab three ways and she did NOT understand how to do it. It probably took a good 10 tries for her to be able to finally put things on the correct tabs. No apologies. When she handed us the checks, we told her that the orders were wrong and she just said, «Oh, can you just subtract $ 3 from that one and add $ 3 to the other checks?» NOTKNOWING the other checks were wrong. Then she just grabbed the checks and ran away. This process took at least 15 minutes. Sheesh! I give the place two stars instead of one because the food was awesome. Sorry, Uno’s, I do like your food, but maybe I’ll have to check out other locations in the Greater Boston area. For now, you’re not número uno on my list.

The last two times I’ve been to this Uno’s I’ve ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich(chicken, tomato, arugula basil pesto, balsamic vinaigrette on focaccia). The first time I had it, I wasn’t impressed – the chicken was flavorless and kind of chewy/tough, although the bread and pesto were good. I decided to give it another shot recently and was glad I did. The chicken was tender and flavorful and the bread was still delicious. I would order this again if I was at Uno’s! I opted for a side of broccoli instead of fries and it came steamed to perfection, on the softer side, which I like!

Came here for the third time in the last year and still not impressed. The chicken parm dinner tasted so bland and mediocre for the price that it was not worth it at all. My boyfriend also ordered steak tips which looked like they were cooked 20 minutes too long. The mac and cheese appetizer was decent but nothing that would ever make me want to go back again. Not to mention, we both feel sick after eating there. The server was new and tried so hard to get a good tip that it made every time he came over feel so uncomfortable, but at least he tried. The fries were good though, as well as the bread stick that comes with the meals.

+ plenty of room and seating + clean, non-chaotic + nice, friendly staff, even the manager checked on us + food was pretty good, above your normal chain store + TV’s on for the sports homies! — orders were all messed up(but there was 10 of us so we didn’t frett too much) — sangria was deliciously fruity/juicy aka not a whole lotta wine in there! Came here post finals with some classmates to celebrate finally having a break-woo! Everyone ordered the 2for $ 12 deal which is probably the wisest decision! It’s a good amount of food for a decent restaurant price. Since we all got some variation of the same thing, apparently the kitchen must’ve cooked it all together because all our food came out at once… which is great until the server has no idea if the dish in her hand is well done, medium rare, or who got the chicken scampi vs. the shrimp alfredo because everything looks the same! We worked it out among ourselves and figured it out, but there’s gotta be a better system for handling larger groups like our’s that’s easy on the waiter and less confusion over all. In the end we all still had a good time. Got 2 pitchers of sangria, one red and one white… both are very fruity and you can’t really taste any alcohol. The good thing is, that’s actually how I like my alcohol, the bad thing is, the wine level was probably minimal in the pitcher… take what you will outta that! Come in the afternoon, no wait with immediate seating!

Been forever. Pizza skins — mashed potato in a crisp bready crust, topped with cheddar and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon bits — what’s not to like? With coupon in hand, I called in my take-out order and headed on over. Stairs greeted me by the entrance at this Kenmore Square location. Not sure if they have a more accessible alternative entrance or not. I was early, and I said so, but the employee who greeted me went off to check on the status of my order and brought it back out with her. Yup, I still love Uno pizza skins. And I helped myself to the little tub of sour cream they tucked into my bag as well. 3.5 stars.

So I called at 1015 and ordered pizza, cause we were stayin at the Buckminster hotel. She said 20 mins so we waited then headed downstairs and then our food was not ready! She let us know she would go Check. Never came back? After 15 mins I asked where she was and where our food was? No response so after it had been an hour our pizza came out. No apology or Anything I asked what happened and all I got was” something must have gotten mixed up”. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant? An hour for one pizza an no explanation or apology. Horrible do not go here eat here or drink here. No support or apology. Ridiculous!!! You suck and your service is shit. Good luck staying in business!

Kicked off New Year’s Eve celebration here! The place sometimes takes reservations at the door, but tonight was just a local crowd! Which made getting a quick drink and running downtown more attractive. However, service was typically Boston laid-back and getting into the whole bar /waitress scene. Everyone was real friendly and engaging. The waitresses, Maria & Ashley, were dressed in an attractive, starry princesses type of outfits for the occasion. They looked hot! A few of the entrées here are really pretty outstanding that’s why I gave it a four.
