$ 20 more for trip to airport. I chose this service because of Google rating. Driver was late and charged me $ 20 more than the same ride with other cabs.

This covers trips from my apartment, generally to the airport.
This was the first cab I used when I first arrived in Boston two years ago and they are still the only number in my phone. They have always arrived on time, generally early, and patiently waiting.
The quality of the cars is variable, but personally, that is not important to me. The only thing I would like is if they would repeat the address when I ask — we both have accents and whilst they are always in the right place, I often have a slight nervousness as to whether I was understood.

We selected the service based on the glowing references provided on yahoo. In retrospect the consistent 5 stars, relative to the service that we actually receives, makes me doubt the credibility of these reviews. (They were all one-​review only submissions, with similar language and around the same date). My experience similarly horrible to the Unilocaler below.
The driver arrived 20 minutes late, with no apology. He drove fast, texting as he did so. When we politely asked him to slow down he became hyper-​aggressive, and threatened to drop us (along with my toddler, husband, and in-​laws) on the side of the road with our luggage. Essentially the threat was that if we complained, he wouldn’t drive us. We were all relieved to leave the vehicle! Not the best start to our vacation.
When we complained to the cab company they were similarly rude. I got the feeling that this was a family business, and they therefore wouldn’t take a complaint about another family member seriously.
Will never use them again! I use airport cabs frequently and this was the worst experience ever. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
