I was referred by my boyfriend’s mom and I love The Beauty Bar! I get my lip and eyebrows waxed here and they always look fantastic. If you haven’t been, the entire salon is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The interior looks like an overpriced salon you would see on Newbury St but instead it’s a gem in Southie. Worth a visit!

I absolutely love this place! It’s chic and hip and right in the middle of Southie! I have had my brows done by a few of the ladies there, so you can’t go wrong with anyone! Well priced too! If you are looking for a new style, don’t hesitate to give them a try!

I cannot say enough about how great Casey is at the beauty bar! Fantastic colorist and stylist, she is talented, dedicated and has a great personality. I value her opinion as we try new colors or styles. She convinced me to get extensions a few years ago and I am addicted. If anyone is thinking about getting them, I recommend seeing Casey at the beauty bar. She truly knows how to match your existing hair color or just helping you create that new look. I always leave the salon being 100% completely happy and cannot wait for her to do the extensions again for my upcoming nuptials.

Casey is absolutely fantastic. In a few words: chic, funny, and knowledgeable. She’s taken me through a number of different styles… everything from color (I’ve been ice blonde to a dark brunette) to extensions/​short cuts and always manages to hit the mark. It doesn’t matter whether you’re looking for a small change or considering a more dramatic look, she makes the entire experience comfortable and you leave feeling like a million bucks. My hair still feels soft a silky (despite what I’ve wanted done to it!) which only speaks to her expertise and knowledge with color processes. She’s a true gem of a stylist and knocks our appointments out of the park.
