It’s a decent Subway, if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a small one at that, so it lacks a decent amount of places to sit. Otherwise, it’s conveniently located right off the Riverway Green E, the 39, and the 66. Also any time before the evening parking on S. Huntington is free and there should be some times available, but avoid this if possible as it is a busy intersection. This subway is located in a student-heavy residential area, so you can often expect a variety of people there for whom this looks like their first college job. The turnover for employees here seems to be pretty high because of that. I’ve never gotten an order made wrong, even when I’ve ordered online and picked it up, but still something to consider as it can result in slightly slower service than you’d expect from someone who has been there for a while. Luckily, it’s also not frequently packed.

I’ve been here before a few times. I remember when they first opened up the store looked super clean and the staff was great. Contrary to what others have said here, this place ranks extremely high in customer service and food quality. Everything looks clean and neat and fresh, like its supposed to be. I’m a student here and the prices go very well with my budget, especially with all the morning deals and coupons I keep getting. I talk to the manager and owner regularly when I stop by, and they even say hello when I see them walking outside. Try doing that somewhere else, you won’t even be noticed. Overall, great food, excellent customer service, and super clean restaurant

I never really cared for Subways. I remember the first one I ever went to was at Tremont Street. It was small and seemed dirty. I’ve never gone back since and that was years ago, until the newly opened one here in the corner — which is also on my way to work. The alternative to breakfast is usually Dunkin Donuts because that’s the closest thing to my job. So, when there’s a special, a 6 inch breakfast sandwich or flatbread and an orange juice comes to $ 3.20, i can dig that. it’s healthier than DD and costs less = great value! Service? I remember the first few times I’ve gone and it was a husband and wife working the morning shift. It was great. They were such a great team. Service was always prompt and quick. They make it exactly the way you want it. And because I usually order the same things, they know exactly what I want without even telling them, which is nice. Over time, there’s been new people but he’s still there and always offer a friendly hello and smile. It’s been a year since they’ve been open and the place still looks fairly new like when they were first open.

Clean new restuaunt. Nice looking. Terrible brown dried out tuna crusted around the edges.
