I would of given 5 stars if the service was better. I bought a beautiful pair of sandals. Love the line. but the service not so great at this location. The chestnut hill store is quite nicer, but the selection is limited for «the latest and greatest»!

After buying a pair of shoes here for my girlfriend, I would expect them to show more interest and concern for fixing them when we returned 2 months later when the sole came loose. I asked them if they could fix it…
Their response– «you can take it too a cobbler, or something» — i would get better customer service from interrupting a Valley Girl on the street.
I asked to speak to the manager but couldnt cuz he was ‘at dinner’?! Wtf. Very disappointing.

Two stars for customer service. I needed assistance with a shoe repair and some planned purchases. My first question was regarding the shoe repair, so I was re-​directed to the manager, Kimberly. She was constantly interrupting my questions via coy remarks to other sales associates on how beautiful the new merchandise was, etc. There’s nothing more annoying than a sales associate who can’t focus on a customer.
Additionally, Kimberly was unwilling (read: too lazy) to type an email to corporate with my shoe’s model number, style, etc. Her reasoning? «It would be too difficult» to look me up since I had purchased from a different store. (Not true by the way, for those of you who also love SW…) I had planned on purchasing 3 pairs of shoes that weekend but changed my mind after the above situation.
Great shoes, but you’re better off purchasing online or at Neiman’s, and overall avoiding this SW.
The funny thing is: I emailed corporate myself, and promptly received a positive response for repair within 24 hours. (Shame on you, Kimberly.)

Love, love the shoes and boots at this location. The sales staff is always very friendly and helpful to me. I wanted to buy a pair of boots in the store and they didn’t have my size on hand so they shipped it to me for free. I am a repeat customer and will continue to shop there when I want unique looking and well made shoes. Two quick things ~ the boots definitely run narrow and this particular store is small but they cram in lots of good stuff with the space they have!

Pretty shoes, but very expensive. Still for $ 200-​$ 400 a pop, I appreciate that they’re not trying to sell you shoes made in China like some other retailers occassionally do (ahem, ahem Cole Haan).This location is a bit small and an absolute madhouse during sales. I like to browse here, and then search for a more buyable location, like the Basement.

I LOVE stuart weitzman although I can never afford the shit in there. I got a couple of pairs second hand some time ago. great for semi-​walkable platforms & heels over 3″ (need some high class fuck me heels? this is the place)
note that their boots tend to be cut a little narrow for ladies with calves like tree trunks (like me). otherwise, hot stuff & great quality!
