I’m borrowing my boyfriends Unilocal account to write this. I have never written a review before but had to after the experience I had today. I was waiting in line at Panda Express and the elderly man in front of me was paying and then walked away. He only bought a water but. The cashier realized that he mistakenly charged the man for a $ 10 meal he didn’t buy so called him back to refund him however told him he wouldn’t refund him without his receipt which he threw away. The man dug through the trash for the receipt, finally found it, and came back but the cashier needed his manager to complete the refund. The manager, Andy, came out and simply could not understand the situation. He yelled at the customer and then the employee very loudly and in front of his co-workers and a(Quickly growing) line of customers. He could not figure out how much to give the man back and became very frustrated. I politely explained that he should give him the cost of the food back. Andy however advised the employee to give the man the an entire refund. The employee did but then Andy realized that was incorrect and yelled at the employee to scream down the terminal to get the man to come back to pay the $ 2 for his water. Because this whole experience took about ten minutes I suggested they give him the bottle free for customer service reasons. Andy would not and screamed for the man to come back. The man, was elderly and completely confused by what Andy was saying and also In a rush to catch his flight and just walked away. Andy then continued to scream at his employee asking how he could have possibly let this happen and saying that he needed to learn to focus. During the 10 – 15 mins that this took, under Andy’s direction, no other customers were helped. My food was already plated but I wasn’t allowed to pay while they sorted this out. It then was cold when I got to eat it. That was my first time at Panda Express and probably last. Awful customer service and I was truly appalled by the tasteless management style Andy used to «coach» his employee.

If you have read any other of my reviews on the myriad of airport Chinese Fast Food stands/stalls/counters than you know why I eat at these places; I don’t want good AUTHENTIC Chinese food. I want good AIRPORT Chinese food. The Panda delivers that. I kind of feel bad for this location, tucked away by a low number of side gates to the left of TSA, but it’s worth making a stop here before you hit the A Gates across the tunnel. They have the usual fare for sure, but they have a good variety of options in beef, pork, chicken as vegetarian and the folks behind the counter actually engage you as a human being; which is odd based on my experiences. They even insisted in bringing out of a fresh pan of lo mein instead of scraping up the last 2 – 3 servings out if he pan up front(and they didn’t scrape the old and put it on top of the new either!). Beijing beef was solid, spicy chicken was good as well and my egg roll was predictably standard! Not for the faint of sodium!

Friendly service and the food are great. The price are ok. Not much of choices and no orange juice.

It is asian fast food in an airport… You really can’t expect much when you go here. No are surprisingly limited choices… And most of the food taste the same no matter what option you buy. Generally it is best to get the dishes with some kind of vegetable. But many people eat the breaded orange chicken or general tsaos chicken. If you’re in a hurry at the airport anyone some Chinese food… It’s okay. But don’t expect much

Absolutely the nicest guy ever working the cashier and serving food. This guy wished me a happy holidays three times, always had a smile, asked what kind of food I like, and explained my soft drink choices. I’m sitting here near the counter writing this review and he’s spreading holiday cheer all over the damn place. The food is Panda Express, which is average Americhinese, but who cares – massive props to Andy, you’re the man.

As I arrived in terminal A jn Logan airport I was enticed by the smell of Panda Express. My tummy was already rumbling as it was way past time to eat so it only felt right that I should eat some Panda. It was RIGHT there and it smelled oh so good. I caved. I got ½ fried rice and ½ lo mein, orange chicken and crab Rangoon(4 pieces). The rice was decent but the lo mein, orange chicken and rangoons were so dry and bland I was so upset that chose to eat here. Some places don’t taste as good as they smell.

This PE is probably the worst ones. food is just not well prepared and I could tell they don’t have good turn around like the PE in hotlanta airport. Soggy, old oily, and dry. Nice huh? Since Wendy sux, and LTK is way out there on pricing, you either suck up and enjoy Panda Crap or fly empty stomach.

This place is just not good. I ate here because it was the only thing besides Wendy’s on this side of Terminal A. The food looked like it had been sitting out for awhile and it did actually taste pretty dry. I give this place two stars for being convenient and the service being good. The food was gross despite the full tables of people surrounding the restaurant. I really don’t like Wendy’s but unless you’re really in the mood for some fast food Chinese I’d go there instead. Also, there are better options in the downstairs part of terminal A(I found this later!). This food was definitely not worth the $ 10 I paid for a combo meal and a drink.
